Pleasurable Experience

This is the first car I have purchased at Jeremy Franklin and would highly recommend. The sales staff were friendly/professional and did not pressure me. The finance staff made me completely aware of the various programs they offer, but did not pressure me into purchasing anything that I was not interested in. We made a fair deal that we were both comfortable with and did it in record time. Sam Spikes assisted me and his relaxed demeanor made the car buying experience an enjoyable one!

Here in USA it is my first time to go to company to buy a new car. Before I came to JF, I went to two different dealerships. I did not get a good response from them. Today I came to the right place. I have gotten an excellent response from Brandon and was treated very well! Thanks Brandon.

Best Salesman EVER!

TJ was very accommodating and help me get a car that matched all my criteria! I'm very picky so only the best of the best could get me the car I would like, I drove of the lot happy and excited to own my new vehicle with the help of Tj! Professionalism at its best!

Our recent visit to J.F. Mitsubishi was a very satisfying experience. Everyone who worked with us was professional and knowledgeable, and worked with us to get us the best deal without feeling pressured. Jesse was very personable and informative, great attitude. T J was great with explaining paperwork.

Title issues with my purchase still

I purchased this 2011 Honda Accord in November 2014 and was quoted the wrong sales taxes by both my Sales Person and FI Manager. My title also had issues from a different state which apparently accrued during the purchase at auction. No responsibility was taking for my inconvenience except finger pointing towards the state. However, I've had nothing short of outstanding experiences with the service department. My family recommended them to me because of their great buying experiences in the past. But, since this negative experience I won't be recommending anyone to buy a vehicle there again.

Amazing review

I I went to Jeremy franklin to look a car and I didn't think that I was going to drive a car away with a 2015 Mitsubishi mirage DE but I had a very good salesman name Jesse Hardin and he told me that he was going to put me in a brand new car before I leave and he did I got a 2015 MITSUBISHI MIRAGE DE and I drove home that day he is a very good salesman.
