Deceptive practices!
Jeremy Franklin Mitzubishi On December 10, 2015, we received a mailer showing we had won a prize. I was skeptical, so called the dealership and described what showed on our flyer. The gentleman congratulated me and stated we had indeed won one of four prize amounts, which he listed: $500, $2,500, $5,000, or $7,500. I asked for clarification regarding the minimum prize (the three-in-a-row winning pattern on our flyer was for $7,500), and he stated it would not necessarily be $7,500, but at least $500. He then set an appointment for us to meet with his manager, Chris, this morning. The dealership called this morning to confirm the appointment. When we arrived, we were told we'd only won $5, and were shown a prize board linking the code on our flyer to a $5 amount. They then pointed out small print on the color flyer (which blended into the picture until pointed out) stating the lowest prize amount as "up to" $500, rather than the minimum $500 we had been assured we'd won when I called them. I voiced my displeasure and several customers stated they'd had the same experience. At that point, we were asked to leave the dealership, which we did. I'm aware dealerships often have similar promotions to bring in potential customers. However, typically, the lowest prize amount is made very clear on the flyer. The combination of the difficulty in discerning the print on the flyer ("up to" appears only once, in small yellow and red print on a picture of a package with a red ribbon) and most importantly the blatant falsehood provided when I called the dealership to gather more information about the promotion and the particular prize we had won, seemed worthy of bringing to your attention. At no point did they apologize for the misinformation. On the contrary, we were told "$5 is a lot of money if you don't have any". I would have been glad to receive a $5 prize had we not been deceptively led to believe we were the lucky winners of substantially more money.

Our drawings are legal and therefore would be unlawful to conduct business in any other manner. Surpassed Expectations
I went to the dealer today not expecting to purchase a car at all let alone a brand new vehicle. I was referred to Shiek who not only worked with me for my purchase but got me into a brand new car with less than 5 miles on it and was able to meet all my requirements for my car. I never felt hassled or forced into purchasing something that I did not want. I would recommend Shiek as your next car sales associate because he not only has the dedication and experience to sell you a car he has the drive to make sure he can get you into the car you want with the requirements you want and makes you leave knowing you made the right choice to visit this dealer.

Friendly and professional
Went there with a goal in mind and they made it happen. The staff is friendly, and the lot has tons of options to choose from..not just Mitsubishi. I would definitely come back.

Very patient and knowledgable. They helped me get the car I wanted at the price I needed. Jesse helped me through every step of the process. I have bought cars from other dealerships in the past and have never received the type of customer service as I did here. Lifetime customer.
