I went to Jeremy Franklin expected a bad experience....was I ever wrong! My sales person was nehda tooyserkani she was a great sales rep! And was great to look at also! She was very professional and sold me the vehicle of my choice with no hassle involved! The vehicle that I bought was not ready when I went to pick it up, she got me a loaner car until it was ready, my car was delivered at the time she said it would be ready! Bravo to her and all the great employees of Jeremy Franklin!!!!!! I will make sure that I send them some more customers!!!

I went into the dealership just to look not expecting to buy anything, The salesperson ( Sheik Obaya) was exceptional during the process, Talking to me as if we were old friends, not being pushy, showing me around the entire dealership and got me some really great deals , which made the process of buying my new car go very smoothly. They try to get you to sign an agreement at first and that was quite forward... SInce all I wanted to do was just shop around and get options. The "Love It or Leave It" was denied to me when I tried to return the vehicle and they didn't return my numerous calls also I had to make various repairs within the first two weeks of purchase, and they were camouflaged to decieve.

I was not expecting myself to be buying a car today but I will like say thank to both of my friends John Jallayu who brought me at this dealership and the sale person Deon Willis who had working with John and I to get us a car today. I was able to select a car that I like. Thank again for your hard work mr. Deon Willis.
