I was very pleased with my experience. My salesman, Sheik, was easy to work with and I appreciated the manager, Hector, getting to know us. I felt as if they were truly glad to have our business. The finance manager was very efficient, which was appreciated as well.

My experience buying with Jeremy Franklin Mitibushi was wonderful. Initially, I visited the website because usually that will give you a preview of what type of dealership you will be visiting. Everything looked great so I applied for credit maybe 15 minutes later I received a phone call and set up a visit for the next day. That is when I met Brandon Brown who was nothing short of polite, friendly and relatable. He talked to me as if I was a friend and not like someone he was trying to sell a car to no matter what. I can be very indecisive and Brandon had all the patience in the world going above and beyond making my experience amazing. I purchased a 2017 Mitibushi Outlander Sport and I look forward to future business. Thanks again. :)

From start to finish our experience there was great. They made the process easy to understand, when they ran our credit it was only a soft it so did not affect our credit scores. Would like to Austin mention that you would be very hard-pressed to find a better salesman than Jessie Hardin Junior.
