Excellent. Service couldn't B more helpful & accomdating

The dealer always assists me & solves the problems. The general man (I think Mike) is so nice & helpful. This dealership service makes seriously consider buying another Mitsubishi.

Oil Change

I get my Outlander serviced at the dealership because it is easier for them to keep records than me. They send me coupons from time to time to make the cost competitive. The waiting room is comfortable. The service people are informative and nice.

Great, Professional, and Courteous

During my wife and I visit to Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi, we experienced some of the best if not the best customer service and hospitality available. Not only did Brandon Brown display and provide great customer service, his expertise and professionalism was 5 star and grade A. I would recommend his services and this dealership to anyone.

worth the drive

While I had a very positive experience with the sales staff, that happened only once (as in I've only purchased on car). My ongoing positive experience with the Service Center is another story. Jim and his entire staff are spot on, ensuring my satisfaction each and every time I visit.
