Easy excellent process

Ryan and team made the new car buying experience completely seemless and easy. We discussed parameters of negotiation and it was logical and easy. Best sales person i have worked with and a very easy process.

repair tires

Check engine light repairs

Marvin was awesome. First time ever I did not have to call the service department to find out what was going on. He kept my well informed throughout the entire process.

Ryan's last sale of 2016

Ryan made my family's van buying experience quick and painless. He didn't mind that I stood next to his desk the entire time rather than sitting down. At the time, I didn't realize how rude that may have seemed, but he got a kick out of it. He has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with.

We drove from South Florida to shop Ed Voyles

We really came to purchase a used car, but Don Marlowe gave us an exceptional deal on a new Honda CRV, and my wife was won over right away. She shopped extensively for used cars before visiting Ed Voyles Honda, convinced she was prepared to purchase a used car, but Don's expertise won her over to a much better option. The whole process was very smooth. She drove an Accord and a CRV, and after making her decision, Don did everything a customer could ask.

Success

I just had a regular oil and filter change. The wait was less than an hour and the staff was courteous!

Cold night for test drive

I showed up at Ed Voyles around 7pm on the coldest night so far this year. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and the GM - he looked me up and put me with my salesman (who had been patiently waiting for me to come for a test drive for almost two months) Joe Leggett greeted me like an old friend. I was immediately comfortable and we took a test drive. He had to walk a half mile to the car I wanted and let me wait in the warm office until he drove it up to the door. I loved it instantly. He went over everything about the vehicle. He spent at least three hours with me all told and never complained about the late hour. I would highly recommend Joe and Ed Voyles Honda. Oh, and he loved my favorite tv show The Walking Dead, so that made us instant friends :)

GREAT SERVICE by David Manner

David Manner was Very Professional,Kind and made sure our Service was done properly! Vincent the technician who did our service was Excellent! David Manner has handled all of services and has Always provided "Excellent Service". David and Marcus Waters are an "asset" to the Service Department. Salesman Alex was the best!

Cool and easy to work with. Alex made my first car purchase a very enjoyable experience. He knows his stuff and made himself available to assist at anytime of the day. I would definetly recommend him!
