    We bought a new Lexus car online. Our sales consultant, Mr. Matt Gandy, was able quickly find the right car for us and personally delivered it to our home... (~150 miles from the dealership). He helped us to complete the paperwork, introduced us to the car features, and offered further help if needed. It was really a VIP treatment. We strongly recommend this dealership for your next Lexus car purchase.

    Bought a new NX with Scout navigation app. Was told by sales manager we could return and reverse deal if done so in the same month. They would not honor... and have made degrading emails to us through Kentucky BBB. These were made by Walter Weibel who is the Managing partner. Do not buy from this dealer.

    Mr Roberts, as many of our customers know, we are a dealership based on integrity, transparency, and high customer service. As such, we work diligentl...y to ensure our guests are well taken care of, happy and satisfied. Your shopping process with us began in July and your purchase of the vehicle you selected was completed on October 1. After first being presented with a vehicle that does have navigation in-stock, your email reply to us was that you would prefer to look at the vehicle that has the Scout navigation instead of the Lexus navigation. You also advised that you were searching for the all wheel drive base in order to lower the payment closer to the advertised lease special on a vehicle with a similar MSRP. Once the deal was executed on that vehicle you selected and you had possession of it for a few days, you decided you didn't like it and that you wanted to switch into a vehicle with the Lexus navigation. We did respond to you and offer to assist in exchanging the vehicle you chose out for a vehicle with more equipment on it, however there is a cost associated with that. Unfortunately, it is simply not possible to sell you a vehicle with an MSRP thousands higher for the same price that you purchased the vehicle with less options for, as you did not agree to pay the extra cost for the more expensive NX.

    Working with Lexus of Louisville made our first luxury car buying experience a breeze! We first test drove the NX 200t with Bill who was very knowledgeable... about Lexus and the vehicle we drove. He was very fun and easy to work through the entire process, from the start until we drove off in our gorgeous new car. We also had the pleasure of working with other members of the sales team (Matt, Eliot, Simon, and Adam) that went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and had a smooth experience from turning in our old BMW to purchasing a brand new Lexus. After purchasing the car and anxiously waiting to leave the dealership, we worked with Cheryl (technical expert) who did a technical run through of the entire vehicle and gave us great tips! We are so happy to be a part of the Lexus family with our 2017 NX 200t and are grateful to work with such a friendly, high class team at Lexus of Louisville. The service and experience we had was superb! Not to mention, the facility they have is beautiful as well! We can’t wait to be back in 2 years to buy our second Lexus from this team! - Angela and Ryan

    Reached out to Lexus of Louisville multiple times regarding a listing on both cars.com and their own web site. There was no response. I filled out a credit... pre-approval also with no response. That was 6 weeks ago and the car I was interested in is still for sale. Seems like an odd way to run a business.

    Shopped particular used car at multiple dealers. Offered twice, knowing the retail market for 200 mile radius. Played games. No call backs. Basically had... to call and offer multiple times. Not impressed.

    I purchased a 2006 Infiniti M35X in January from Katie, some recall repairs needed to be completed. I pickup the car in March which I agreed to. I looked... for the owners manual which was available when I test drove the car. I ask for the manual from the dealer since Katie was no longer employed. I still haven't received the manual and service records from dealer.

    I purchased a new 2016 Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Louisville in October 2016. It was very pleasant to work with Lamont Coker (sales representative) who... I found to be courteous, professional and responsive in following up on a few items needing resolution. Kevin Green was very friendly and efficient in working through the paperwork requirements to complete the transaction. I also found the Vehicle Technical Specialist who explained the car's features to me to be very helpful in my gaining a working knowledge of a "highly sophisticated piece of machinery". Overall, I was very satisfied with the car buying process.
