buying my first car in 18 years was both exciting and a

buying my first car in 18 years was both exciting and a bit sad because my 2007 Toyota Avalon was the best car i ever owned but i wanted to pass it on to one of my daughter's and get a new car to take into my "golden years". so i came to bredemann not only because of reputation but because it's close to the house. upon arriving i was greeted by syed hussain one of the sales reps and i immediately felt comfortable with my choice of dealerships and from there got the ball rolling. after a test drive of my preferred model car, they didn't have exactly what i was looking for color, options etc. so syed found what i was looking for and ordered for me. within the month it took for my car to arrive, the communications syed and i had kept me informed and updated right up to the day my car arrived. on pick up day the car looked great and the ease of finalizing the purchase was terrific. so if you're looking for a new Toyota i can't say enough about my experience at Bredemann Toyota and sales rep syed hussain and finance manager Jack Prato. i trust future dealings with Bredemann Toyota will be as seamless and enjoyable as the sales process was...

My experience at Bredemann was nothing less than amazing!

My experience at Bredemann was nothing less than amazing!! Mike Durante was extremely helpful throughout the process. I went in not sure of what I wanted or needed in a car or SUV; Mike helped me understand everything by giving me facts and realistic expectations, not just trying to sell me any car and move me along. He took the time to make sure I knew the facts first! Mike is extremely knowledgeable, straight to the point and didn't push or pressure me in any way! He's definitely not the typical sales person I was used to, he was honest and didn't sugarcoat anything, which I respect. Delivery was great, Mike helped me set up the car and pointed out everything I needed to know! In the end, I couldn't be happier with my purchase!!

Me and my wife picked up our 2025 Grand Highlander platinum yesterday the process was smooth and easy. Syed Hussain – Sales Consultant Syed listened carefully to what we needed, walked us through every trim level, and explained exactly which documents we’d need for financing. He stayed in touch by phone, gave us timely updates on the vehicle’s arrival, and even checked in on the status of our new driver’s licenses. Thanks to his patience and expertise, we felt confident choosing a safe, reliable Toyota. Jesus Padin – Finance Manager When it came time to finalize financing, Jesus took the time to answer all our questions and laid out each option in clear terms that fit our budget. We were able to complete the paperwork on the spot and drive away with terms that worked perfectly for us. For anyone, especially first-time buyers—looking for a dealership that treats you with respect, keeps you informed, and truly cares about matching you with the right vehicle and financing, Bredemann Toyota is the place. I recently lease a 2025 Toyota 4Runner to buy out , at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge . The buying process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly sales consultant Marzena Trzasko . The car has exceeded my expectations in terms of fuel efficiency and handling. I love the features like Apple CarPlay and very smooth instructions how to use the new function in a car explained by Marzena . Purchasing a car, as a woman, is not the easiest thing to do. I had visited multiple dealerships and had some disappointing experiences. Dave at Bredemann was authentic, communicative, and realistic with me throughout the whole process. When it came time to purchase the car, my young children were present and he and his team worked together seamlessly to make sure the process was done as quickly as possible.

My husband and I just bought a new (to us) car and were absolutely delighted with the customer service here. From the moment we entered Bredemann, we were greeted warmly. Between Arnie, Dave, and Tran, we were quickly taken care of. They made our experience seamless and rather enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Bredemann more thanks to the amazing team who helped us find our dream car.

They refused to work on my less then 4 week old, 2025

They refused to work on my less then 4 week old, 2025 Prius Prime. The manager there, Andrew Maravola told me (more like yelled) “Toyota can’t make me work on a car I don’t want to work on. Now get out of here.” “And “This is my business, and no one can make me work on a car I don’t want to work on.” I have no idea why he escalated so much. I am just a paying customer doing what the Toyota Brand Engagement Center told me to do, which was to go to another dealer to get a second opinion on an ongoing issue. Toyota Corporate has been of no help, either, saying they can’t ask dealers to work on their own cars. I got a non-apology from their GSM, with nothing offered to make it right, and a refusal to ever work on the car in the future as long as I own it. Moral of the story, like another reviewer here said, they will not honor the warranty unless they feel like it. And like many other reviewers mentioned, they are rude beyond belief.
