For myself, service is an integral part of the car buying experience. This is what keeps the investment going further. We have dealt with Richard Vasquez in the service department over the past 6 years. We switched dealership service for our Highlander due to the service treatment. Our vehicles are maintained properly and having Richard is like having a family member watching out for you. We have opted to buy a second car from Bredemann solely based on service and Richard Vasquez.

My wife and I bought a new Prius last week. It was a pleasure doing business with Syed Hussain. He put no pressure on us and seemed totally trustworthy,. He and the dealer absorbed the cost of one item we had not requested but was on the available vehicle. Prius itself feels solid and compared to our Jetta VW wagon is quiet and smooth. It was slow waiting for the paperwork to be completed after deciding on the purchase. We made a mistake in not examining the color scheme in a car, rather than in the brochure, of the scheme we chose. It is too white for our taste.

We drove to Orland from Chicago for Spring Break. While on the drive, our car exhaust system gave way... We called Richard (our service tech) and asked for help. Richard was able to diagnose and assist us while on the road and ensure that although the car was acting up, we were safe to continue on as well as make it back home. Once home, he assisted to get us in bright and early the next morning, and loaned us a car while ours was being repaired. Ask for Richard V. the next time you're at Bredemann....he will take excellent care of you! :)

The customer service staff in the sales department is beyond compare. Specifically, Jerry Giec and Arnie Rowen the manager .Jerry was knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all, personable and honest. He explained all of The features on the new car which are lyric complicate it says my last car was 99 Camry.he also mentioned we can come back anytime if we run into any trouble figuring things out.this is superb service and they liked you guys to know that I deeply appreciate the time you have spent and all the effort to make us happy.we will buy more cars in the future without a doubt.
