The process was seamless and smooth as silk from start to finish. Jack Prato was great with explaining the financing process and I was in and out in no time. I told the service consultant, Mr. Richard Vasquez, that I thought I had caused the left front tire of my Prius to become misaligned.. He confirmed my suspicion on the spot by showing my that the left front tire was much closer to the back panel of the tire well than the tire on the right front was to the back panel of its tire well. I could see the extent of the misalignment immediately. I had showed up 45 minutes early for my appointment. No problem! Mr. Vasquez had my alignment corrected and my 15,00-mile service all done within an hour. This efficiency really made me happy and it will bring me back to Bredemann Toyota for all future maintenance on my Prius. Bill Sweetland

I bought my first car from Jerry.My experience was excellent. I made an appointment the day before. He emailed me the car-faxs and took a pictures of the car for me. He had the car pulled up front ready. Once I decided to buy they were personable and understand. They worked with me on a price I was happy with. The finance people were great. They detailed and put a full tank of gas in the car before I left. I am so happy with my experience here. Overall I had a great experience. Jerry G was my salesman and he did a great job at getting me the best possible deal for my new car. I really appreciate the patience he had with me. I also appreciated how Jesus explained to me how the warranties work.
