I don't usually bother with reviews, but you guys deserve good one. Jerry in sales did everything possible to meet all of my requests and requirements for our new car. We worked for about 3 days and finally we came to agreement.he was very polite and they explained to me that my offer was too low.So we met half way and I was satisfied with their final offer.so now I'm driving my new car without being worry I pay too much this is very comfortable feeling for somebody that hasn't purchased got in a long time.The entire pricing online it's very confusing thank you Jerry explaining The rebates and incentives and how they apply to purchase.five star for Bredemann

Great people, great service. I was impressed, they really make an effort to get you the car you want. I didn't mind waiting for the car and I also like the fact that Jerrry didn't like to overpromise arrival time of my car.I got my caught after 30 days exactly the way I want it.bottom line is I'm very happy and completely satisfied with every aspect of my transaction

He is respectful, honest, and kind to me. He welcomes me like family when I bring my car in for its regular maintenance. He explains everything to me. He is an asset to Toyota and Bredemann. My plan is to continue to deal only with Bredemann, and I hope Richard will always be there for me.

I've enjoyed working with the same service manager, Richard Vasquez, all of that time. He is considerate and attentive, and always makes himself available even if I drive up without an appointment. it is refreshing that we have actually developed a friendship considering how large this dealership is.
