I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Long Beach BMW has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a previously owned 530i from them, and while the sales process itself was smooth, everything that happened afterward has been a nightmare.Initially, my point of contact was Jose, who was helpful and seemed to genuinely care about making sure everything was handled properly. Unfortunately, after he left the company, the level of care, accountability, and communication from the dealership completely fell apart.Since the purchase, I?ve had to bring the car back twice for issues that should have been addressed from the very beginning. In total, I?ve spent 56 hours without my vehicle, and during those visits, I wasn?t even properly provided a ride home as promised. For a dealership of this size and reputation, this is unacceptable. Even worse, after all that time, there are still outstanding problems with the car that remain unresolved.What frustrates me most is the lack of communication. Every time I try to follow up, I feel like I?m being shuffled around from one person to another, with no one taking ownership or giving me clear answers. At one point, someone named Melissa called me, but she had absolutely no concept of what had been happening with my case and didn?t seem to care at all. That phone call was a complete waste of time and only highlighted how disorganized and unprofessional this dealership has become.When you spend this much money with a dealership, you expect better service, basic professionalism, and some accountability. Instead, what I?ve experienced is indifference, poor communication, and incomplete follow-through. Buying a car should not be this stressful ? and the post-sales support should certainly not feel like pulling teeth.To anyone considering buying from Long Beach BMW: avoid this dealership at all costs. Once the sale is made, you are on your own. Sadly, I cannot recommend them in any way.

Melony was a great sales lady. I came in for a service for my old car and she mentioned good offers about new vehicles so i decided to go check them out. They gave me a good deal on a brand new car and this is the 2nd time I?ve purchased a vehicle with her.
