Terrible experience after the sale.

Terrible experience after the sale. This is the worst dealership I have had to deal with anywhere ever. My vehicle was inspected but the tint was so dark I couldn’t drive at night and it failed inspection on me a week later. The finance department was super suspicious to the point I had to open a case with Toyota and still am short nearly $4k that should be coming to me. Even with Toyota looking into things the dealership provides no meaningful help and in fact appears to be actively lying to me about the refund status. I would recommend you stay far away.

Had quite a bit of work done to our vehicle we had bought privately and it was a very stressful situation but Lorenzo was very understanding and very helpful through the entire process. My husband and I are very grateful for Lorenzo’s help and all the time he spent on our situation!

Marked up parts over parts department

Marked up parts 30% over what their own dealer parts department had them listed. Should have purchased the parts at their parts department and then handed them to the technician. Only went to the dealership because most of the work getting done was covered under warranty.

I purchased a car here about a month ago.

I purchased a car here about a month ago. About 3 weeks after purchasing the car I started getting calls from the dealership telling me I owed them more money on my car. Which is obviously a crazy thing after I paid them with a bank cashiers check the exact amount the dealership highlighted on a sales contract. The numbers were reviewed by not one but two different finance managers and all papers were signed when I delivered the cashiers check the following day for exactly the amount they asked for!!! Which equals deal done in the real world. I drove off the lot happy and content. They originally tried to pressure me to finance which I told them up front I most likely wouldn’t finance. They kept pushing monthly numbers and I kept asking for the bottom line price.Which is normal modern day car buying. Annoying yet typical. So at the end of the day I paid what they asked and now they are saying they made a mistake and are telling me I owe them 3000 more dollars. I’ve had my mechanic go over the car and he found a small, obvious but potentially harmful if not caught early oil leak in the valve casing which I have to pay out of pocket which is a pain and costly! But things happen?? But now I wonder if they even go over the vehicles well at this dealership because obviously they must not review their paperwork at all either. At this point I wish they would buy back my car for what I paid for it and be done with it. It’s left a bad taste in my mouth how this all went south. I will say the staff is friendly and they were never rude but they have to get a check on their business practices!! This has created stress and has interfered with my job and my inner peace. I’m a single parent who works hard for my kids and I don’t have time for this nonsense. No one should have to go through this on what should be a simple transaction. The last thing I will say I also checked with my local DMV and the paperwork hasn’t even reached my home state which makes me even more upset, worried and concerned. Add that stress to me having at the beginning of the week take this same car in to get the oil leak fixed. Sad just a sad deal. The stupid part of all this I would have fixed the car and moved on … what enraged me is this asking me for more money fiasco. It’s plain garbage!!!

Took our car for inspection, inspector found a list of

Took our car for inspection, inspector found a list of things that we declined for them to fix. Got eveything fixed, took it back for reinspection as everything was working great. The car passed the inspection, but the check engine light was on. Came home, ran the code and it was the MAP sensor. Husband got under the car and the all 3 wires had been cut clean off right at the plug. Called the dealership this morning to let them know and of course the answer was "we just dont do that here". I told the manager that I didnt buy that, if it had been 1 wire and it had be frayed, we could have a different conversation but all 3 were a clean cut. I also told him the check engine light was not on when we took it up there and if it had been like that before we dropped it off the light would have come on immediately. The minute I mentioned legal action, all of a sudden he could talk to me any more. I will NEVER EVER recommend or take my vehicle for service there again.

Repair charge not = quote & overpriced tire sensor

My sunroof leaked and water poured into my car. I made an appointment to have it fixed and was told the water-soaked flooring would be taken care of too. When I picked it up, there was so much water in the carpet and I found one of the rubber/plastic pieces to keep debris out of the car on the floor of the car. I asked how much to replace both of them and was told $157. When I picked up the car, it was $257. Since I wasn't given a written estimate but a verbal one, I did not say anything. Then I took it in later to get the tire sensors checked and was told I needed one replace and it was a flat fee of $130 to program the new sensor. Each tire sensor was $90 and since one just went kaput, I should consider replacing them all and still only have the $130 program fee. I decided to forgo the repair as it would have cost $490 for the 4 tire sensors and programming. I mentioned it to my friend who used to own Tire Outfitters and he was shocked. I had it in and had all 4 sensors replaced and programmed for $288.22 including tax. Come on Malloy, treat your loyal customers better than this!

Terrible management.

If I could give it a -10 I would. One the The worst dealerships I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with, went online and saw that they had the vehicle I was interested in, stated that it was on lot went there they said that they had it, looked around for 20 minutes, came back and said One of their managers had it and would be back later. Called later and turns out the manager refused to bring back the vehicle, but would bring it back tomorrow and that they would bring it to me, I don’t see how you’re willing to bring a vehicle tomorrow and not today. They would only bring it if I filled out paperwork and not even see the vehicle. I have no idea how a car dealership can take a vehicle off the lot and keep it on their website and then have none of their employees know about it. Needless to say never going back.

Dishonest business practices.

Very disappointed. A vehicle was advertised on this site. I inquired and had an appointment to see it. The vehicle was hidden by staff for later sale to another person. Salesman couldn't find the vehicle but confirmed it wasn't sold upon my arrival. I went by the next day and talked to the same Salesman. He confirmed the vehicle had been hidden and was sold that morning. DISHONEST.

Thank you for your honest review. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We believe this was a miscommunication as the vehicle was not hidden, just off-site to ensure a previous malfunction had been properly fixed. We would like the opportunity to talk to you about your visit and earn back your business if possible. Please call me, Jay Scaramozzino, General Manager at (540) 678-1791 at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I put a $2,500 down payment on a new Toyota Cross in

I put a $2,500 down payment on a new Toyota Cross in February. At that time I agreed to a price. The vehicle arrived about 2 weeks ago. The dealership marked up the vehicle $2,000. There was no mention of this when I agree to the price. I decided to then trade my car at the last minute to help offset the markup. The mid Kelley Blue Book trade on an it was $7k. They gave me 3k. The people were nice the day I picked up the car but in my book the there business ethics are very poor.
