The service department is efficient and took care of

The service department is efficient and took care of customer in a timely manner. However, my experience with the Cashier department is boy pleasant. Took so long to process payment.

Waited 45 minutes to be seen after the scheduled

Waited 45 minutes to be seen after the scheduled appointment time. Staff could care less. I was told I was lucky because had I been there Saturday it was a four hour wait for scheduled appointments with advisors. From the time I arrived till the service which, which was just a tire rotation was over two hours. Every time I go there it’s the same thing. It takes forever to get stuff done. Unfortunately, it’s the only Lexus in the area so I have no choice. But I do dread going there because of that.

Waited over 40 minutes to speak with the service advisor. When I told him that I had been waiting over 40 minutes he replied that some customers had been waiting over an hour. Terrible response and terrible customer service. Next time, be apologetic.
