Lexus of Pembroke Pines

I bought a certified Lexus from this dealership and there was a tear in on of the seats there were broken moldings on the interior and the exterior had plastic moldings that were missing clips. I have bought certified Lexus before and never have I seen one in this rough of shape. Not sure how Lexus would allow a vehicle like this to be certified. I don’t live in the area and when I asked about the tires I was told they are all practically new but when I arrived the back ones were 6/32 so pretty much time for new ones

Everyone at the dealership was professional and friendly. Within 10 minutes of my appointment time I was relieved of my car and the service was completed expeditiously. I was on my way within 2 hours of my arrival. Would highly recommend.

Sarah Breitbord, my service consultant was terrific. She answered my questions and solved my vehicles problem by having the proper service work performed on my NX350. Sarah had it repaired ahead of schedule because I mentioned that I had a doctors appointment later. She made me feel like a valued customer and not a profit center.
