I must clarify that I didn't have a prior appointment. I arrived early in order to receive the basic service due for the 60K miles. Also, the station is undergoing remodeling, but the amenities were there and there was a place to wait. However, they returned the vehicle to me washed, but the driver's side floor mats had dirty shoe prints and were damp. When car was ready I never received a text or phone call. The service especialist found me in the waitng looby.

Rafael is a true professional at his work. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Rafael when shopping for your next car. Purchased my vehicle just last week.

Unfortunately, I have to come back and update my review. I purchased the below car on 2/28, it is now 4/5 and I still have not received my registration information. I emailed Andre Armani(Field Ops Dir), Jorge Leon(Finance Mgr) and my Sales Agent Jorge Acosta and nobody has responded to my emails or inquiries and all I'm asking for is a simple tag extension. Now I have to get my lawyer involved because I'm stuck with a 50K paper weight in my garage that I'm paying for and can't drive for something as simple as a tag extension. It's all because I live in Georgia and they are located in Florida. I guess the customer service went out the window once the sale was made, which is unfortunate because it started off as a great experience

Jose was attentive with servicing my vehicle. The maintenance was worked on under 3-4 hours. I am beyond satisfied with the work being done on my vehicle and hope it continues to be like that.
