I bought a vehicle 6/12/21. I forgot my paperwork there and left a message to see f they could send it and they will, but only by regular mail. When I test drove the car it was good except for a tire that needed balanced. I bought tha car at high blue book. It had been I. A small accident which had scapes the lower door and a couple minor scratches. When I got home I also noticed three small cracks in the front windshield. I also wrote them about this and called and left a message.. note no one retired my voicemail call or email. When I spoke with my oh so nice dealer on Saturday, things reversed to very rude staying “you already bought it and windshield isn’t included.. it passed the Missouri inspection and so all is fine”. Needless to say, I was not happy. I asked it they could do anything to help and was told “have a good day”. I did advised to the rude man on the phone that I will not give a good reference and will let other buyers no what could be expected. I drive the car to the windshield repair in independence where I live and they found yet another long crack by the review mirror that was bad. The entire front window has to be replaced. I am so sad this is how I was treated as a single mom. I say “Shame on Them”!! 11,700 for a 2013 with 110,000 miles and now a new windshield
I purchased a 2011 Jeep online from the dealership. It was listed as seating four. When the Jeep arrived, there was no back seat therefore seating two. False advertising. After taking possession, we began to find a multitude of issues. The fog lamps did not work. The seat belt indicator never goes off and dings continually. (The salesperson who drove it to our home said he never wears his seatbelt, which is illegal, so he was used to hearing the noise.) The step/reset button and volume button on the steering wheel only works occasionally. However, we realized we bought a used vehicle so we overlooked some of the malfunctions. HOWEVER, four days after our purchase, the wheel fell off which ruined the tire and bent the rim. This should NOT have happened and was not our fault. After investigating, we found out there was only one bolt in the caliper causing all the problems. We called the dealership as they put on new tires and rims prior to our purchase. They said they outsource all their work. Currently, we are waiting to see if Jack Miller will take responsibility for their actions.

Good sales people but very bad service
Bought a truck from them. The sales people where very nice and helpful. After having the truck two days the water pump started leaking. Was told at the time of purchase that they would cover anything that went wrong with the truck with an in-house warranty. Called them about the problem. Was told they would not cover the water pump .They were very rude about it. Had to fix the truck myself. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Read there other reviews. Not a good place

Havent bought a car in 7 years and there is a reason I dont like to shop at a Dealership. Went against my better judgement and bought a car in Missouri when I live in Kansas . (Words of Advice)Dont shop HERE. You are not a customer , you are a $ symbol and nothing more. Told the salesman to add the sales tax to the loan so I didnt have to come up with the sales tax later and they didnt listen and didnt want to help out. Just shook their head and said tuff xxxx , not their problem . WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR. You want a shady deal with shady buisness practices , then by all means shop at this place. Just wished I could go back in time and never would of done buisness with this Shady Car Dealer.. WARNED!!!!!
Sold me a bad car and return the car back and told me that they kipping my 1,000 dollars down payment to fix the car that i had only for 30 min check engine light come on bmw x6m 2014 bad engine don't buy

Amazing family owned business
My husband and I live 1.5 hours away and drove to KC to buy a car. I researched about 50 car dealers and numerous car buying sites. I kept going back to Jack Miller Auto Plaza. How can you beat family owned and operated? I called to make sure they still had the car and they did. We drove in and I never expected the level of care my husband and I received from the employees. We were greeted immediately and not just by the floor salesman but by everyone. Andrew is such a sweet and kind person. I instantly felt at ease and loved speaking with him. What an asset to your company!!! They had the absolute best price and amazing ratings. They were so kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome and not just another sale. They worked so hard to get us in the payment range we needed to be in and truly cared about us. I can say that I have found the car dealer I will always go to and recommend to everyone. They all were just as excited as us when we signed the papers saying it was ours. I feel God led us there and I am blessed to have met them. Thank you team Jack Miller Auto Plaza!!!
