Always reliable service and great customer service

Great Service and very clean facility

Mr. Shawn Anderson, has always gone above and beyond his abilities to make sure that I suffer the least inconvenience, whilst my 2007 Acadia is in the shop. He is very helpful and very accommodating. He is a tremendous benefit to the Freeman Grapevine family of Auto Dealers. It is alwaye a pleasure to work with him , as I do appreciate HE DOES have my best interest at heart.

Wiper Motor Replacement - 2007 Buick LaCrosse

The wiper motor and wiper blads on my 2007 Buick LaCrosse needed to be replaced. Shawn Anderson handled my situation extremely well by explaining what had to be done and how long I would have to wait for the parts. He was on top of things the whole time. Also, the shuttle driver Ben was just as courteous and efficient taking me to work after I dropped off the car. Freeman's staff is top-notch - professional, friendly, and courteous. Highly recommend this dealership.

Shawn comes through again for me.

On a Thursday afternoon, I hit a curb with my right front tire. Car could still drive so I called MY Service Man, Shawn Anderson and made an appointment for Friday Morning to look at and fix if possible. I was in waiting room probably 2 1/2 to 3 hours total. My car was fixed and like new. Shawn kept me advised as I was waiting. He is the GREATEST. Jim Dwyer

Great service

I take my truck to the service center for all my oil changes/repair. Mark, my service rep, has always exceeds my expectations. He has proven to be very knowledgeable and helpful in his explanation as to what work needs to be preformed.

Great Service. Fast and Friendly

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. they were very quick and super nice. didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I enjoyed my experience tremendously

Best GMC Service

mY radiator had to be replaced . As always, the service provided by Mark Gremminger was excellent. He is a credit to your dealorship. Also, the time before was in your body shop and Josh Lamb was the most helpful and, again, a great asset to your business Mary D Henneman

My first time going through the internet and I loved it. Shone was great and the service was excellent. I knew your dealership was serious with the price quote. You beat all the others.
