Daisy is the best! Wow, what a great experience! It was so much fun, and would never describe that when buying a car! She also listened and sent me a fun surprise- will talk about this experience for many years! Highly recommend! Pat was also great - quick, easy, fun!

I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.

Great buying experience, much better than other dealerships for buying a vehicle. They didn't force us to add an extended warranty or other typical dealership nonsense.

Freeman used to be such a great dealership. Sales and service, loaner cars if you were in for warranty work, but now in the last year or so they have gone way downhill. Took my truck in day before yesterday for a check engine light and a dead battery, this is a 2023 canon AT4X. I was called and notified it was ready after I had to go get a rent car which was not easy disrupting the lies of five other people to get that done, they called me yesterday and said it was ready. The gentleman told me it was out front which it was not it was blocked in by another truck, but, when I started it, the check engine light was still on just like it was before. I’m not sure who does quantity control But they need a new person. I’m not sure who manages Freeman GMC now, but they do not need to be a dealership manager, nor their service manager. BB

To start with, I live 130 from that dealership. Ms Daisy did not disclose that the F-150 I was inquiring about had severe hail damage, a broken windshield and was otherwise in rough shape. My son stopped at their dealership to view the pickup before I traveled that distance. I will not even think of visiting/purchasing a vehicle from Freeman in the future because of their disclosure practices!
