Buying on line was the first mistake I made. Buying from Pete’s Auto was the second. They delivered my truck, woke up to a puddle of oil in my drive from loose oil filter. Two weeks later transfer case goes out. A truck with 68,000 miles! Bed bolts were all loose, electrical issues. I don’t blame them for that. I blame them for not doing a better job of checking their people. Sales staff was a joke, office staff even worse. If you have thoughts of buying there. Think again or check out the vehicle in person. I was stupidly and trusted a reputation and that bit me in the hiney.

We bought 2 cars from Pete and paid them off early. Figured to buy a newer car from his kids when they took over after Pete died. They wanted me to only buy a couple of cars (obviously they were cars that no one wanted) and wanted half down and have a co-signer. I was about 60 years old and never been so insulted in my life! I went to Will Deal and gave them $2000 down, verified my job and was approved instantly! The worst thing that could have happened was when Pete's kids took over the business. I want to buy a new car someday but it will NEVER be from Pete's auto. When I see their ads on tv I get furious! They say "want a car? No problem". But there was a PROBLEM. I will go somewhere else!

Got a 2018 Silverado with 58000 miles and in less then a year owning had to get a transmission and after that broke down a couple days after transmission fix. I live in an area where the warranty they make you get nobody accepts it. I’m paying close to 700 a month for a broke down vehicle. It’s the only vehicle my family owns and having a terrible experience. Been asking Patrick at Pete’s for any kind of help but nothing not a phone call back I know it’s a used vehicle and things happen, when first dealing with them they blow your phone up and pressure you into buying and that’s what happened too me. Buyers need better consumer protection on this kind of stuff
