Mercedes Benz Finest

Alex Clothier by far is the best service consultant I have ever felt with in any of the Mercedes Benz service facilities that I have been in. I have owned 3 And have dealt with over 4 service facilities and Alex has made this by far the best service experience that I have ever had. Keep up the great work.

Beyond Outstanding

I have been purchasing cars from this dealership for 25 years. The professionalism of the employees still exceeds expectations. Jim Holthaus is exceptional he is head and shoulders above his peers!

My Second Time Coming in for Service

I met my representative at the first scheduled maintenance service. He was terrific from the start. He took the utmost care including making sure I had a great loaner. My car required extra time because a part had to be ordered. Alex kept me updated on a daily basis. Because of that experience, I returned for my most recent service. I did not purchase my car at this Mercedes dealer but because of my first experience, I will always use Alex for my service needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the time you pull up to drop the car off until the time pf pick-up. I highly recommend this service dealer.

Excellent service

Michael did a great job helping get a new set of rims. It was a team effort with Tommy in parts and Chuck helping out along the way. I usually stay away from dealer service but the quality and personability of the service and staff is second to none.

First visit - wonderful service

This was my first visit to the Service center for an unexpected repair. I didn't have an appointment, but my salesperson told me to see Alex. Alex was very professional and courteous, and best of all was true to his word when he said it would take about an hour. The waiting room was busy but clean and well stocked with snacks, drinks, and ice cream. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Professional team seals the deal

Mike H. provided great customer service, followup, and listened to my wishes. He worked with me to find the car that I wanted and I felt he was transparent in doing the deal. Troia (Finance Mgr) was also very professional and informative. I was days away from returning to a dealer and make of car where I had previously purchased, but did not because I didn't feel that the dealership/sales team was forthright about aftermarket "options" (that were added to deal) or financing. So far, I'm happy that I made the switch!

Wonderful Experience - Great Salemanship

Asher Chaudry was a true delight to work with. We never experienced that level of satisfaction with any other dealership. Asher was the most courteous, knowledgeable and patient representative I have dealt with. He took the time to answer all questions and his honest, no pressure approach won us over. He and Mike Herron took wonderful care of us in our car buying experience. We sincerely respect the excellent quality of the customer service we have received and Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. This is our third car with Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and a lot of credit goes out to the ownership for building a quality sales team that includes someone with Asher's skills and personality.
