Great service.. Great personnel.
It took a while to sort through many strange problem codes but final diagnosis turned out to be correct. Engine driven high- pressure fuel pump changed and engine is running beautifully again.

Great service with a smile!
My ATS had battery issues. Had to have the vehicle jump started several times. It seems, although the car is new, that it was manufactured nine months prior to my purchase and had only 45 miles on the odometer. I know that new batteries do not store well once the acid is administered. It had to be replaced and all is well. I also had the completion of my new car "add-on" interior Scothgaurd applied at this time. As always, Ron Brideweser, to me, is the face of Cadillac. He treated me very well!

Great service personnel
Very nice & patient service rep, RON. Also, car was dirty from recent limited rain & was washed before I picked it up. All the work requested was done (including recall) and all was FREE.

The Cadillac gold service
Purchased two Cadillacs December 2014 and the service was great. Renee was wonderful too. Ron in the sevice department is amazing, I would only service the cars at Tustin Cadillac!!!
