Tustin Cadillac

My car was towed in to Tustin Cadillac on 2/14/2014, because it was dead, I called in and talked to Jeff McCamey. He was very courteous and helpful. He also made sure I had a loaner car, even though it was late in the day. Not only did he make sure the problem was fixed, he also found another problem that needed to be repaired before I took the car home. Great Job Jeff!

Because of the snow storms back East it took longer than expected to get the part for my CTS Coupe. Rick the Advisor felt uncomfortable having me drive the car with the intermittent problem of the electronic door unlock not working. He had me keep the loaner over the weekend and the car was repaired properly.

Had a problem with engine, got me in immediately, provided a loaner car because didn't know how long repair would require, and had it fixed within two hours with a prompt call back. Rick was excellent.
