Bought a used truck last week.. the salesman Gerald was attentive, responsive and did everything to get me the right price. Highly recommended. Ford also gave excellent financing options

New Van Purchase

Called Jim Snead Ford looking for used van, Kim called me about a new Transit van they had on lot. Exactly what we were looking for and in the right price range. Have not given reviews on service and workman ship as we have not had that experience yet.

Top Notch Organization

Kim was great she worked very hard to find us a car that...

Kim was great she worked very hard to find us a car that meets our budget in our needs. She even took our car seat down to the fire department and had it installed so we did not have to worry about it. Kim has a wonderful personality and is definitely great to work with.

Buying

I was looking for a good low mileage ford edge and saw Jim Snead ford had a 2013 limited with 58000 miles. E-Mailed and received e-price. I went to check it out and was told it was a one owner local trade and after test driving it was all and more I expected. Eric Kibler, Salesman was very pleasant to deal with as well as the general manager and finance dept.This by far has been my best car buying experience.

Excellent service

Gerald Harman makes buying vehicles for our business effortless. He always provides friendly customer service and exhibits a strong knowledge of our business needs. Gerald alerts us when he has a vehicle that would work for our company but never uses high pressure sales tactics. It is always a pleasure to do business with him.

Jim Snead Ford -excellent service and very friendly !

I recently purchased a truck from Jim Snead Ford. All my contact from sales through management was excellent. They were not pushy and made you feel comfortable. They were straight forward and honest. I got the vehicle for a fair price and the service department had it ready to go exactly when they said they would. Great customer service and speedy on request

I went in and spoke with Gerald (great guy) and explained to him that we needed to trade our Explorer in for a newer Explorer with second row bucket seats. With our growing family we needed more space. Within one week he had one that was perfect for us!

Ford Dedicated

If you are looking for a Great Dealer with no pressure to buy, Here it is. I dealt with Mickey Painter and he was very knowledgeable in the different packages and options. He was concerned with our needs and budget. He spent hours with us and made us feel very comfortable. I have to say all the personal were very accommodating and helpful.
