Heather always greets you with a big genuine smile on her

Heather always greets you with a big genuine smile on her face! Her customer service should be applauded. Sometimes, buying a car can be stressful and she made the process smooth and easy. She really looks out for the customers needs and explains everything clearly. She is knowledgeable, capable and patient on all aspects. Thank you so much Heather and I’d recommend anyone to go to campus ford, because they are awesome!!

Big shout out to Aaron for helping me find my dream car. From the very beginning Aaron was so kind and knowledgeable about what kind of car I wanted. He went out of his way to contact me when they had one on the lot. From the very start to the buying of my car I found everyone so kind and helpful. Planned a 2 hour trip to Campus Ford to see a pre-owned

Planned a 2 hour trip to Campus Ford to see a pre-owned Hyundai. Although they were tentatively expecting me in the afternoon I failed to call/text them concerning my arrival time and as a result when I got there I put my salesperson contact, Tim Taylor, in a tough spot with no time to prepare. The car was not ready to be test-driven and actually required a new battery and diagnostics on the infotainment system. Within an hour and a half of our arrival, Tim facilitated a new battery replacement, then personally drove the car to a nearby Hyundai dealer, and by virtue of his professional relationships with that dealership, got the infotainment system fixed in an amazing timely manner. We were able to test drive the car and it was perfect. We purchased the car, and the remaining experience was just as impressive as Tim and Bez worked around some unforeseen issues on the finance end due to me failing to lift a freeze on one of my credit reports. The sales team and finance team were very pro-active and helpful during the whole process, and we felt very comfortable working with them. Plus, I should add that the description of the vehicle was 100% accurate, and the pricing on the car was super competitive as well. 5+Stars

Campus Ford and Nathan Brooks made it real easy to purchase my vehicle. Told Nathan what I wanted and in 1 day I was driving my truck off the lot. Will definitely use them again.

Heather is an exceptional sales woman.

Heather is an exceptional sales woman. She is very professional, dedicated, attentive to our needs and wants and very friendly. From the moment she scheduled our appointment to visit Campus Ford dealership, she gave us the confidence that she was going to work with us and help us to get the perfect car. We were impressed with her customer service skills and her ability to work as a team with her finance department to help us get a very nice and reliable car at a very reasonable price. My daughter and I appreciate her and her team for their cordiality and for making us feel so welcome and confident of the choice we were making. Thank you Heather and Campus ford team for getting us the car we needed at the price we were looking for.

Mr. Tim Taylor is exceptional salesman. Straight talk and no games or hidden fees. Tim was very helpful in helping us getting what we wanted at a price we could afford. We were interested in the Bronco Sport and came to Campus

We were interested in the Bronco Sport and came to Campus Ford since they had a variety of models to choose from. From the beginning, Nathan listened to what we were looking for and went over all the features of each model. We decided on the model we liked and they were able to find the color we wanted within 100 miles. In fact, Nathan drove it back to their lot in the snow so we got a good review on how this vehicle will handle harsh weather this winter. Every other person we dealt with from the trade-in offer to the final paperwork was very knowledgeable and courteous. We do not live in Waynesboro, but plan on going to Campus Ford for any service needed in the years to come.
