This was the best car sale I’ve ever experienced! From the moment my husband and I stepped foot inside Universal Hyundai of Orlando dealership, to the moment we drove away in two separate cars; our old car and a brand new 2012 Sonata! Indeed, this wonderful experience we had at this dealership we OWE IT ALL to Rey Almonte, our sales rep. Not only he took the time to test drive 3 different cars because I couldn’t make up my mind, but he also was extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very straight-forward during the entire process. Definitely, Rey wanted us to leave happy with our new purchase; after all, my husband and I are the one who will be making the car payments, right!? So he took the time to ensure that we purchased exactly what we wanted. He walked the entire lot to even find me the right color car I wanted with all the extras eye candy I was looking for in it. And he found it!! ..I was HAPPY! Nevertheless, I can’t emphasize enough how all this was made possible if it wasn’t for the person who took care of us from the moment we came in to the moment we left. Thank you Rey! You are AWESOME!!

I called ahead to Universal Hyundai to see if they had...

I called ahead to Universal Hyundai to see if they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had a 2010 Tuscon that was in perfect condition with low mileage. It was more in my price range than a brand new one and John wasn't pushy about getting me in a 2012. He was so easy to work with. They offered a very fair price after a short negotiation I was sold. Guillermo did all the paperwork with us and was so patient explaining everything to me even though we were there until well after midnight. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. The whole overall experience was great and I couldn't be happier with my new used car! I recommend this dealership to anyone!

At age of 83 I have had many experiences in purchasing...

At age of 83 I have had many experiences in purchasing automobiles. We did not expect to buy without visiting other dealers but felt so comfortable dealing with the people at Universal that we did not feel the need to go anywhere else. Bob Mitchem was our salesman and did everything possible to make us feel at home. His knowledge of the product was exceptional and he answered every question honestly and without hesitation. All the other personal such as Jose Rivera were unfailingly friendly, direct and honest. At our age we do not expect to purchase many more autos but if we do we will certainly offer Universal the opportunity to make the sale

We received a check for $1250 towards the price of a new...

We received a check for $1250 towards the price of a new vehicle, the letter also stated they would buy back our car no matter what we owed and if we were military they would offer additional discounts, Alex was our sales rep, he was patient, willing to go the extra mile and explained the car and its features in detail. After the sale he set up the computer and got us started with all the features our 2013 Sonata has to offer. This has been by far the greatest car purchase ever. I feel Alex went to bat for us and this is the first time we purchased a car, we did not feel as though we were hustled.

Purchase Experience

Eventhough it took a few days to get the deal done, it was a good experience. The salesman did everything he could for me to get the best deal. We're very happy with our Nissan Quest, so far.

I was looking for a car that I could get the best gas...

I was looking for a car that I could get the best gas mileage at the best price and I found that with the Hyundai Accent. It was hot and I looked at serveral cars but Bob Mitchem my sales rep. went the extra mile by staying out in the hot sun with us. I have this to say to about Universal Hyundai Orlando. Thanks for the great experience, great price and the best customer service. It is true, Universal Hyundai is the BEST way to buy.

I am in the market for a new Elantra Limited. I spent a...

I am in the market for a new Elantra Limited. I spent a few hours with Bob & Kevin today. They would have made me a great deal on the car on the lot, but since I am in no hurry, I decided to wait for a specific color to arrive. Bob was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Not pushy at all. After having spent a few hours at the VW place down the street with my two adult children, I really appreciated the professionalism I experienced at Universal Hyundai. It took two hours at the VW place to come to the conclusion there was not deal to be made. How can it take so long to get a simple answer? The kids came back with me to Universal. They looked at the numbers after taking a test drive, and within 15 mins they had their answers to make their decision. No bullying tactics, no waiting around to be drained and worn down. And the best deal they could put on the table right up front. I will be returning to see what kind of a great deal they will offer when the color elantra I am waiting for arrives. At least my sunday car shopping was not a waste of time.

This is the only car dealership we went to to get a price...

This is the only car dealership we went to to get a price on a new Hyundai and found the salesperson John Booth to be very courteous and helpful. No pressure with pricing and not having so many managers harassing us to purchase the vehicle. Jose, the finance manager also was courteous and very helpful. Jim & Dottie Roscoe

This was an excellent buying experience from beginning to end. The salesman (Alex Cortes) was very helpful, knowledgeable and straight-forward during the entire process. The Finance Manager was professional and explained every aspect of choosing the best option of financing and warranty. I defintely recommend Universal Hyundai.

Ron was extremely knowledgable about the car we were looking at and was conscious of our overall experience. He was certain to make sure we left happy. He stayed until 1:00 in the morning to help us out.
