The most dishonest in the area. Purchased a Chevy Silverado from them less than a month ago. Two weeks in, found out the transmission is bad. Repairs cost $5,000. They are not willing to honor the warranty as they said they were not able to tell the transmission was bad when they purchased the vehicle. They sent me to another dealer because their mechanics are not able to service non-Toyota vehicles. This dealership believes the customer should repair a transmission on $22,000 vehicle that was purchased less than a month ago.

Working with Gloucester Toyota was seamless. My salesperson Steve Norwood had my car ready for my test drive at the front door and he had to wait for me for over an hour because I was stuck on the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel.
