My wife 1st contacted Gloucester Toyota by internet and got "the no-haggle price" from Anne Earman. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were met by JJ Johnson and he guided us through making our final choice (gave us excellent advice) and finalized the "deal". In dealing with Gloucester Toyota, their "internet price" will compete with and beat any other dealer, in the state of Virginia (or anywhere, really). JJ did NOT pressure us in anyway; gave us excellent advice in trying to make a choice for our 6'4" son with LONG legs. Steered us away from a poor choice and into the CORRECT choice. There was ZERO pressure in ANY/ALL of our dealings with JJ.

What a happy day! I started researching cars last January and settled on a Camry as my first choice. Of all the dealers in this area (from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach) I most enjoyed the helpfulness of the people at Gloucester Toyota. We talked on the phone several times and my every question was answered. I also got the price I asked for and the model I had chosen - all I had to do was drive up this morning and all would be ready. And it was!!! I was met by Tommy Wheat as soon as I drove onto the lot. He took me to the office and brought the beautiful silver Camry around for me to see. He carefully explained every device and also answered all of my questions. After letting me drive around the neighborhood he began the paperwork. It was such a pleasurable experience. I had actually been dreading the whole procedure but Tommy was so pleasant and patient. He made sure I understood every step of the process and that I understood how to use everything in the car. When the sale was completed and before I left the lot he again reviewed what I needed to know. For a young first time buyer, they helped with everything they could and went out of their way just to make sure I got what I needed. I will deffinitely go back and purchase another car when I need it.
