    Terrible customer service comes from the top! Purchased a 2017 F150 with 65k miles for 32k. A week later check engine light is on. Called and they offered... to fix. Made service appt and was told it would be done same day. Drop off, uber home my expense. Call back at 4pm to check as the close at 5:00 to find out part won’t come in for 2-3 days. I can’t wait I need my truck for work which I explained prior to taking it to be fixed. So I uber back to pick up my truck. 3 days later the part is in, I drop off and uber back home. It was done same day so I uber back to get it. 4 uber rides at my expense. Now the truck is leaking oil everywhere. Call and speak to mark Campbell. Explained my frustration and lost confidence in their service dept and wanted to take vehicle to ford dealership. Was told I’d need to speak to general manger Chris Williams. Left voicemail, it’s now been 2 weeks and no call back. Terrible way to run a business. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO DOESNT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    What a great experience I had a Kerry Hyundai! I hate the car buying process but the experience I had at Kerry was so fast and full of super nice people.... Once home I saw the rear spoiler had a crack in it and the were on the ball to get it fixed as fast a possible. Totally recommend Kerry for any new car! :)

    Thank you so much for taking care of me from start to finish from the time I called in to coming into the shop and giving me a loaner car. Five-star service... all-round! I first called Jeff Wyler Nissan at Kings Mill and they closed at 1:00 p.m. and was given the run-around. Your location rose to the occasion and provided the customer service the other location did not! Thank you, again! I will be back to purchase from you!

    When i first entered the Kerry Nissan service office I was ignored by the staff inside, I was told the next person available would help me. I was the only... person in the office. After about 10 minutes a customer service rep begrudgingly asked me why I was here. Fast forward an hour after speaking to the customer service reps i received a call and took it outside. My car was still in the same place I left it, their customer service is awful and having an appointment doesn’t mean they’ll start working on your car, only that they’ll take your keys and tell you to sit in their waiting area. I will never go back to Kerry Nissan for any type of service, nor would I ever recommend this business for potential buyers.
