Very dishonest

I just want to let people know that the service department for Nissan is not very honest at all!!!!! I am a single mother of three I work very hard for my money and I expect to buy a car and be able to go to the dealership that I bought the car from and get repairs done and not have to worry about being ripped off. I took my car in because the back hatch did not close when you press the button. I was told that it was going to cost $700 to have this fixed. I could not get it fixed at the time because I did not have the money. Meanwhile my son-in-law took my car on a trip and was using the backend and said you just needed to do was press and hold the button in a couple of seconds and it will work. I could not believe that Nissan service department was going to charge me $700 to fix Deas it was a waste of my time and very upset that they were going to rip me off especially in the middle of a pandemic!!!!! I was going to get a new car from them and I am not going to ever buy another car or recommend Kari dealerships!

Kevin Lowe is the man!

Kevin Lowe was awesome through this whole experience. Buying a car can be stressful but Kevin did a great job fulfilling our needs. He gave us plenty of options and was willing to go the extra mile to find what we were looking for. He and his team were great with communication and the process was super fast. If you go to Kerry Nissan and you want great customer service .. ask for Klow. The best!

Buying used car experience from Kevin Lowe

I do not like to buy cars like anyone else. I purchased car from Kevin Lowe at Kerry Nissan of Florence. I did not get pressured, got out in a reasonable amount of time, and left with a used car. Patrick.

The reason car dealers have such a bad name

If you like honesty and transparency, don’t even consider Kerry Nissan of Florence. Last Wednesday I was helping my sister buy a new car. I negotiated a deal with an internet salesman named Brent via email on a new Altima on which we both agreed. I was told of no conditions or contingencies on this deal but upon arrival was told my sister had to buy GAP insurance and a 150K mile warranty to get financing. Of course I knew this wasn’t true so I told them she has her own financing. Brent said then they won’t sell at the agreed upon price. I informed him we agreed via email on the price without any contingencies. His boss came over and said he just can’t make the deal work financially then. I asked to see how they were “losing money” on this deal they already agreed on and they refused to show me. I felt this whole experience was very unethical and dishonest and wasted my time. I drove to Colerain and bought the same car from Aaron Muth of Jeff Wyler Colerain for $700 cheaper than the deal Kerry Nissan and I had worked out that they didn’t honor. I’ll never buy a car from Kerry ever and will be sure all my friends, family, clients, acquaintances read the email thread of this whole negotiation that they refused to honor without buying GAP and an extended warranty that we never even discussed when agreeing on a price.

Terrible Place to Purchase a vehicle

Terrible customer service comes from the top! Purchased a 2017 F150 with 65k miles for 32k. A week later check engine light is on. Called and they offered to fix. Made service appt and was told it would be done same day. Drop off, uber home my expense. Call back at 4pm to check as the close at 5:00 to find out part won’t come in for 2-3 days. I can’t wait I need my truck for work which I explained prior to taking it to be fixed. So I uber back to pick up my truck. 3 days later the part is in, I drop off and uber back home. It was done same day so I uber back to get it. 4 uber rides at my expense. Now the truck is leaking oil everywhere. Call and speak to mark Campbell. Explained my frustration and lost confidence in their service dept and wanted to take vehicle to ford dealership. Was told I’d need to speak to general manger Chris Williams. Left voicemail, it’s now been 2 weeks and no call back. Terrible way to run a business. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO DOESNT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

THE GOLDEN RULE

Kerry Nissan and their sales team exceeded my expectations. We will be coming back because they treat you right. We stopped by on our way to a Cincinnati dealership, and never made it across the river. No reason to shop anyplace else. Thank you Amanda, Brent, and Walter.
