Pleasant Experience
Happy with my service I received while looking for a new car. Bob Hurley was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Ill be honest the others there gave me the topical dealer vibe, like you couldn't trust them, and they were just trying to make a sale. BUT Bob on the other hand was very helpful and down to earth guy. There prices were very reasonable too and he worked with me on getting me into a new car for the budget I had. He even stayed late on the night before a blizzard to help me get settled into the new car. Definitely recommend checking them out. Prices are good and ask for Bob. He will do you right. The only reason it gets a 4 star and not 5 is because the service department needs to work on their customer service. I know the service department is very busy but not very customer friendly.

Worth the trip
I had been looking high and low for another Chevy Avalanche and I finally found one here at Midway a little over a hour from where I live. This would be my third one as they do not make this truck any longer and are getting harder to find. Frank was a very cool guy to work with. I explained my financial situation to him and he went out of his way to make the deal happen. Kevin did the financial end of things and also was great, he wasn't letting me walk out of there without gap insurance and was able to roll it in the deal without any change to the payment amount that we agreed on and also recommended a great sandwich shop up the street "Thanks Kevin!". They made the whole process pretty seamless and quick,nevermind that I don't think I could have found a nicer used Avalanche for the price. Very clean truck and I could see they went through the vehicle thoroughly, new brake pads, wipers, tires etc.. Frank also went out of his way to follow up on making sure I was happy with everything and I got an extra set of keys that I didn't even ask for. Great job guys!! I am a very happy customer.

Great car buying experience with Bob
We purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Midway Auto in Abington, MA last month. My credit isn't the best & I'm working to improve it. Midway was willing t work with me to find a car that fit my budget. Bob kept in direct contact with me throughout the entire experience. We feel like we purchased a new car, we love it! We will definitely be back again!

Positive vibe
I went there wasn’t really sure I could get a car but Bob came to talk to me as soon as he saw me looking at the car outside. He came to help me , he was really nice & his attitude was awesome. I didn’t feel no pressure & everyone was really friendly. I got my car & im happy about it. Bob helped me from the beginning to the end. Overall great service. That was the best choice I made that day by going to Midway Automotive. Thank you!!!

Fantastic Buying Experience w/ Bob Hurley
Recently visited Midway to purchase a 2011 Toyota Avalon. I had done my research through Midway's (impressive) website and went in with a clear idea of what I was looking for. When I got to Midway I got matched up with Bob Hurley - and the rest was history! Bob let me take the lead and listened to me. He didn't push anything on me and pretty quickly he got me hooked up with the exact car I wanted. Bob then worked with at least three of the other guys (one being the owner!) on the site to get all my paperwork drawn up and certificated by the end of the day so I could drive the car off the lot. This buying experience was great buying with Bob Hurley
I recently bought a 2012 ACURA TL SH-AWD and couldn't be happier, although when I went to test drive this car it was pouring rain out and I obviously couldn't really look the car over for any surface scratches with there are a lot of, but I really enjoyed this car so I was talked into putting a hold on the car by leaving a small deposit of $200. I live on Cape Cod in Hyannis so it's a good hour away so I went home and went back 2 days later on a beautiful sunny day and I was so excited to buy this car that I didn't even go look at it until we started doing the paperwork to get me driving home in this car that day. So we continued doing the paperwork and we finished it, oh and by the way Kevin the finance manager was unbelievable awesome and very helpful, we had a great talk and I really appreciated the friendliness, ok now back to finishing the paperwork which I put $9,000 down on this car and am paying the rest of, I have excellent credit so I didn't need a co singer which really felt great, and long story short is I ended up leaving the dealership with this beautiful Acura, but when I left the dealership it was dark ok outside but that wasn't a problem, I thought. So I got home with no problems and woke up the next morning and I took my family outside to check this car out. Well immediately as soon as my 12yr old son looked at this the first thing he seen was a awful lotta surface scratches and a nice big gash in the rear right side tire, I was then very very upset because I know thats a safety issue so I was busy so I had my mother call and talk to Bob the guy that sold me this car and I was shocked to hear that he was blaming me for hitting something on the ride home which I know didn't happen hahaha I would never put myself in debt for buying a beautiful car and then go and hit something, but whatever I didn't sweat it because I knew if it didn't pass inspection they would have to replace it, but it passed inspection but I then was just nervous so I took it to a tire specialist and they told me that the gash was definitely unsafe and that I shouldn't be driving on it, so we called back and talked to Bob the salesman and he kinda (still refused) that the tire was in this condition when I bought the car which I think is kinda un professional but I just figured id wait until todaywhich is March 6th 2018 and im going to take this car to my personal machanic and have him overlook this car for any further issues if there are any, but I already found another major problem which is another safety issue and that's that both of these headlights needs to be replaced because there's condensation building up behind not just 1 but both these headlights which coast $725 to replace each and even when I go through a carwash water gets behind the lenses which will 100% ruin these high intensity output headlight bulbs and cause the headlights to fade into a yellowish color which is no good and these headlights are very expensive like I said each one cost $725 and I know im not replacing these headlights thats for sure so I'm hoping that after I talk to this dealership and tell them this issue with the headlights that they dont give me a hard time about replacing them because if they do ill just return the car because it's not worth it with the amount of money im paying for this car everything should be in flawless condition and there's the huge gash in the back rear right tire that I was blamed for doing but you can clearly see a bunch of scratches that you can tell someone tried to buff out but just couldn't over the wheel weld and I offered to bring the car back to show them to prove to them that I didn't damage that rite that and hit anything on my drive home like the salesman said I did and am honestly a little upset that he's blaming me for doing it on my drive home because he told my mother that the car was fully inspected before I left the dealership but that's a huge lie, they tried to get it and inspection sticker but it had just turned 5pm and they said that it was to late to do an inspection that I could bring the car back the next day and they'd inspect it for free or I could just go to any place and get it inspected which is what I did and it passes but it shouldn't have because the inspected over looked the tire because after he put the sticker on my car I showed him the gash in the tire and he begged me not to say anything to anyone because he could've/still could get fired for passing my car when it shouldn't have been, so I just hope my machanic doesn't find anything else wrong with this car today because I really do love this car but just really upset about the rear tire needing to be replaced and the dealership is not replacing it like they should, but when I call there today and tell them about the headlights needing to be replaced I just hope they don't give me a hard time because ill come back on here and change my review to a horrible experience if these headlights do not get replaced.... But other than these 2-3 issues that are totally fixable by the dealership I had a great buying experience with Bob Hurley, he was more than polite and exstreamly friendly, very respectable to my sister that came with me to pick up the car who also didn't notice the rear tire or all the surface scratches but all and all im still happy but am not going to be if I tell them about these headlights and they don't or refuse to replace them like they did the rear tire then ill just return this car to this dealership and tell them to take it back if there not going to fully replace these headlights, I do not want them fixed because I no it's impossible to permanently fix the seals on headlights, so let's just hope that they'll replace them and I will come back and update this review to an excellent review I just can't honestly do that until all these issues are fixed with this car, well at least the headlights need to be replaced or like I said I have no problem returning this car and most certainly will if they refuse to replace these headlights because there just shouldn't be condensation or water getting behind the headlight lenses whatsoever and there is so hopefully they replaced these headlights for me and I can change this to an excellent buying experience thank you guys again.. I hope im able to come back and change this review to excellent I just can't until I no for sure if there going to replace the headlights or if im going to have to return this car..

Bob Hurley was very helpful and kind, he really went the extra mile to make sure my experience was as good as it could be. When i asked him if there was any way we could get the car up and on the road last Friday before noon, he really pulled out all the stops to make it work!
