Excellent buying experience!
Carl Knight at BMW of South Atlanta was fabulous. I had to drive almost 300 miles to purchase my 2014 Mini Cooper S Convertible and he helped me take care of as much as possible online and over the phone the day before my trip so I could arrive first thing in the morning and get back on the road for home by noon.

This is my second car purchased from Adrian Avila at BMW of South Atlanta. The first being my 2011 135i, and the current one being an X1 sdrive. Both were European delivery. Adrian was a true gentleman and consummate professional, and not the typical sales person. I\'ve also recommended my friends to him. My best friend purchasing a vehicle from him last September.

I live in California and have contacted numerous BMW Dealerships trying to locate a rare part for my car and to my surprise it was John Merritt from BMW of South Atlanta that made the impossible happen! John went an extra mile for me and did some serious digging and detective work to find an obsolete part for a vehicle that is one of 126 ever made by BMW; if this is not over the top customer service I don't know what is; thank you again John for hitting this one out of the park!

Great help and customer service.
My mini had a check service light and it turned out that it was a timing chain issue. It had to be replaced at 63,000 miles. This is a fairly expensive job as you also have to replace other parts. They gave me a loaner ad during the whole ordeal Ed Rast did a great job in keeping me up to date and worked hard to get Mini to cover the repair cost ($3,000) which they did. This was just before Christmas. You can't more of a dealership.

Mini customer service
Driving home from Marietta I had a flat on a run flat tire. I drove around LaGrange and could not find a quick replacement. I called Will and he offered a few options. I drove the short trip home, took the tire off and headed to South Atlanta Mini on a late Saturday morning. Will got the tire replaced right away so I could get back home quickly. Great service with a smile.

got a 2013 min cooper s at Union City, Mini of South Atlanta. Brandon assisted me and I can't say enough good things about him. He was pleasant, answered all my questions and never pressured me. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, just a great experience.

Great all-around experience
I was (and am) very impressed with the people of MINI of South Atlanta. My salesman Brandon was VERY easy to work with. He explained everything to me about the car, its options, and how they work (even twice in some cases). I never felt like I was pressured into making a purchase, and I got the impression he was always, fair, open and honest with me throughout the entire process. I was even offered lunch when it was apparent the purchase process was going to go through the lunch hour.

Passenger side scuttle replaced
2013 Mini Cooper hardtop w/Premium package; BMW of South Atlanta, Union City, GA. The body shop mechanics replaced the passenger side scuttle, was able to get off the scuff marks the scuttle left on my MINI when it flew off, and I received a complimentary car wash. Thanks MINI Coop!
