This review is specific to the Service department; can't

This review is specific to the Service department; can't speak to Sales, Parts or Finance. Service here was terrible. Starting with making an appointment, which was done online. Included in the schedule request were several notes. Apparently these notes are not read by anyone. I asked that they let me know if the brakes were not under warranty. No advanced notice. We likely would not have gone in as I am happy to do pads & rotors for $150 vs $700 at the dealer. Arriving at the dealership the service rep was surly and discourteous from the get go. She basically demanded the registration, we went to get it and then she did nothing with it - never looked at it. Another service rep sitting on his xxx looked at my daughter and said where's the key, give me the keys like a bully or a total tool might say it. I told him to slow down and said they would get the keys when you get them. He was then out of the interaction. Back to surly Shirley. She said they would wash the car, never did. It was brought in because the front rotors were obviously warped at 15k miles. First, no warranty coverage after 12k, which again, they did not bother to tell me until we were there. What type of rotors last such a short time? Very cheaply produced ones. She said I can complain to Kia, which I have. How does this business have a 4.8 on Google reviews?

My visit to Wagner Kia epitomized the classic and dreaded car buyer experience! The sales person was a pompous, high pressure, xxxxxxx who made all kinds of unsupported/unproven claims (e.g., Kia is more reliable than Toyota) and had the nerve to suggest that I was inconveniencing him because I didn't have an appointment and had interest in several different models! I ended up not test driving any of them because the dealership's website was wrong and the cars didn't exist, or the used car was in the service shop, or his dog ate that the last of those SUVs, etc. Went to Ron Bouchard Kia in Lancaster MA and effortlessly test drove the two models I had interested in. Needless to say, I will be moving forward with a purchase from the latter dealership and will not be visiting Wagner again!

Slowest service department I have ever dealt with.

Slowest service department I have ever dealt with. No loaner cars even tho we bought BRAND NEW! Brought my brand new car in for a faulty tire pressure sensor only to be told they have to order the stupid part. Not happy.

Don't know what changed.

Don't know what changed. At this dealership brought my kia in after a battle, Stan was great, he ended up putting a new motor in my sorento But Kia had a recall from multi switch, I was told they could check it out.Fuses headlights, whatever for 249. Part is free but any other parts they end up putting in are going to cost. Kia usa said they can't keep dealers from doing it, heard people same problem pay serious money to fix a recall, For second time To get it in for an oil change they are backed up over a month. Being january 29th. The next appt is Feb 28th Ended up going to Ron Bouchard up in Lancaster, for both oil changes. They got me right in

Traded in my 2020 Kia Telluride for a 2025 Kia Telluride. Great car, excellent service at Wagner Kia too. Very friendly, genuine, caring sales process and service department for regular maintenance. Definitely would buy there again

Test drove cars.

Test drove cars. Was asked if I wanted to talk price. Was given the usual spiel about only being able to move by a a couple hundred dollars. Gave them a sense of where I wanted to be price-wise. Was asked to write down a number that I would purchase it for. Then was asked to *sign my name* to that number. Finance guy came back after all this and said they’re not moving an inch. I said I wasn’t happy with this approach. Why make me go through this? What do I have to commit to a number when they have no interest in "moving an inch"? Car buying is already stressful enough! A manager came to see me and didn’t apologize or even go down a token amount. Told me why the car was a great price. Fine. Just tell me from the start that the price is non-negotiable. Don’t play games with me!

Very disappointed in service department.

Very disappointed in service department. I made an appointment in July for an oil change and waited 2 months for the appointment. I got a call from the service department 2 hours before my scheduled oil change telling me they had to cancel because they are short staffed (this was the reason given for a 2-month wait for an oil change). Wagner Kia has lost another customer; I won't be back.

My experience at Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury was great. my sales rep Yasser Wakim really went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. I told him what I had for a deposit,and what my range of desired payment should be,and he came through. I'm so happy 😊 My kia Seltos S model (Pluton blue) is one sharp looking car. THANK YOU WAGNER KIA

Dealer will not service Kia vehicles not bought at their dealer, even in an urgent matter where the vehicle doesn’t start. The first question was did you buy the vehicle here? They reported they could not service my vehicle until a month from the time it was towed there. I paid extra for a tow service to take my vehicle to a Kia dealer who provides superior service for any Kia vehicle. Car was diagnosed and repaired under warranty at a dealer 50 miles away. They even provided a loaner vehicle for that time. Wagner Kia did not want to service my vehicle because I did not buy the vehicle there.I am Disappointed that the dealer closest to my home runs a poor business model. The service department is not reliable for Kia customers that have not purchased a vehicle from them.
