Easy/fair purchase process + great support after purchasing
I recently bought a new Kia Telluride from Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury. The price was fair versus what some other dealers in the region are charging, and Shirley and Edwin made the buying process easy -- we reached agreement over the phone, signed the purchase agreement over email, and I was able to pick up the car a few days later. While I've run into some issues with the vehicle, Edwin and the general manager Joe have gone out of their way thus far to address them, including involving Kia, for which I've been very appreciative -- their responsiveness, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile after I bought the car really left me with a positive impression. I'd highly recommend buying from this dealership.

Great experience, great sales person
The easiest purchase ever. After meeting Brian Sullivan for the first time I knew I wanted to deal with him and buy at Wagner Kia. He respected my issues and what I was trying to achieve. I was able to review and experience my options. No matter what question I asked Brian had or found an answer. He never hesitated to go out of his way to satisfy my questions and concerns. We had time to get to know eash other and what we shared in interests. He is a person active in helping others. I comend him for his efforts and believe he is an important asset to Wagner Kia

A pleasant experience
I recently purchased a used car Toyota Prius. The sales team was professional and courteous. I was not pressured and felt the negotiated price was very fair. Though I live about 30 miles from the dealership, I would definitely consider revisiting. Chuck.

Excellent Experience buying a Telluride
Excellent experience buying a 2020 Telluride. Knowledgeable salespeople, and friendly too. Got a flat tire 3 days after buying the vehicle (Large rock/debris was rolling in the highway!), and pulled off coincidentally in front of Wagner Collision center. George at the Wagner Collision Center put on the flat, helped me schedule the tire replacement with the Service department at the dealership, and saved the rim. First class employees. Thankful they were so helpful while I was frustrated about having a flat on my new Telluride. Oh well.
