Service manager (Rich)nd service writers(Carl, Jim, and Dawn) were excellent, very helpful and sincerely concerned that I was completely satisifed with my experience the service I received

Great customers service , Clean and professional

Barlow Buick GMC has Friendly Sales and service representative at Barlow they are courtious and very professional, never have a problem with service always on top of everything . I purchased 6 car from them so what does that tell you .

Great Customer Service

My wife and I had a very nice experience in purchasing our new vehicle. The customer service that we received was great. Ginger was our salesperson and she made this purchase very easy and no question went unanswered.

great tire sevice

I had a blowout on one of the tires on my 2010 enclave on Friday evening . Spoke with Jim Bowersock on Sat. morning. he supplied me with an out the door total price for a new complete set of tires . The price he gave me was very competitive with other tire stores on line. I liked the fact that there were no hidden charges or fee's .we set up a appointment for Monday afternoon .I have four new tires and I am well pleased .

Convienent, Friendly and Great Customer Service!

First, I was contacted by Joe Wagner concerning a pull back program that was being offered by GM for certain lease customers. Joe was very responsive and quick to get me answers and when I came in on Saturday to test drive the Encore he was waiting for me. He answered all my questions as we drove the vehicle and then again in the office. Service provided by Joe and Gary the finance person were spot on...everything went very smoothly. Joe assisted me with pairing my phones after the car was detailed and ready to pick up...on time I may add. This is my second lease from Barlow's but I also have been a regular service customer for my Cadillac and Saab vehicles.

2011 Enclave

On Saturday 6/6 my 2011 Enclave broke down at mile 22 on NJ TP. After contacting a tow truck, I immediately cold called Barlow Service. Even though it was a Sat, Carl managed to get my vehicle looked at and assessed the damage quickly. Carl also had a brand new loaner vehicle waiting for me to continue on my journey. The damage to my vehicle was so bad that a refurbished engine needed to be installed. Carl handled everything professionally and took care of contacting the appropriate people with regards to the power train warranty. He was always courteous and deserves a raise!

Barlow Buick GMC Woodbury

I love my new 2015 LaCrosse! And, everyone at Barlow has been very helpful. This is maybe 7th car, lost count, I've purchased there over many years and they've all been great reliable cars.

Great Service

I called to set up a oil change and received appt for Saturday when I arrived I was asked if I wanted to wait and I said I would come back I received a call a hour later I couldn't believe my car was ready.
