Recent service visit.

I was taken in at my assigned time. Work was done fast and accurate. Dawn was extremely efficient and professional.

Pleasant purchasing experience!

My wife and I purchased a Ford Explorer a little over 2 years ago making this recent purchase our second experience with Kathleena and Williamsburg Ford. Kathleena made the first experience very pleasant for a person like me who gets a little nervous when making large purchases. I can be a little hard to deal with too! My wife is a little easier going than I - Truth be told, a lot easier going. I like a good deal and feel like we got just that with both purchases. Our recent purchase is a 2018 F150, STX. I called Kathleena on a Friday and told her I was 99.99% sure I was going to get the truck I had looked at earlier in the week. The selling price was reached earlier in the week as well. My wife and I stopped by the dealership that Friday evening, went for a short test drive, and the deal was done. I purchased a spray in bed liner too (very nice)! Kathleena managed to get this done the following day (Saturday) and deliver our new truck bed liner and all that same Saturday afternoon! A big thanks to Kathleena and Williamsburg Ford for making this purchase pleasant, and quick! A tip of the hat to Ford for making this awesome looking, and well performing truck!

My 9th Ford- The 2015 Edge

I was grateful to make an appointment for 10:00 am on Saturday. I can't always come during the week. The gentleman on staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been bring my Ford cars to Wmbg. Ford for 9 years. The service is so good that I bake Lemon Pound Cake for everyone at Christmas.

Accounting

I purchased a 2017 Explorer. Stu Young was very straightforward and pleasant to work with. From the first visit I had at Williamsburg Ford everyone was wonderfully nice and helpful. Ron in financing was very helpful in explaining the options I had and worked up several figures to show me the final totals. This was a no pressure, low stress, huge purchase for me and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful USA made FORD!
