Matt is hands down the best sales person anyone could ask for when shopping for a car. My wife and I were impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail, patience and follow-through. Throughout our search, he was friendly and not in the least bit pushy as is usually the stereotype. We love our latest BMW and we have Matt to thank for that. In addition to folks like Matt, the reason we keep coming back to Paul Miller BMW is also tied to their exceptional service. Bob stands out as among the best service advisors we have ever worked with. I have nothing but praise for him. Keep up the great work team!

Adam, thank you for your excellent feedback! We're so glad Matt and Bob made your experiences at Paul Miller BMW memorable. Enjoy that new BMW!
I have been a loyal customer of this BMW dealership since 2021 and purchased my 2022 BMW X5 here. Because of that history, I have always had a level of trust in the dealership and its service team. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle in on July 21 for a coolant leak inspection and picked it up on July 24. When I retrieved the vehicle, I immediately noticed a large crack across the windshield that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off. When I raised the issue with the service team, I was told that the crack was already present based on the “intake” photo. However, the photo provided was extremely blurry and does not clearly establish that a crack was present. More importantly, the vehicle inspection report did not document any windshield crack or glass damage. I also have intake photos from my previous service visit on July 1 and the windshield appears unchanged from that visit. This made the explanation provided by the dealership even more questionable. What was particularly disappointing was my interaction with the Assistant Service Manager, Raul Martinez. I found his response to be extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to seriously consider my concerns. Rather than taking the time to objectively review the situation, I was told that the crack was pre-existing and that heat may have caused it to spread while the vehicle was at the dealership. Despite the lack of clear documentation showing a pre-existing crack, the dealership initially declined to take any responsibility. Only after I continued to challenge the situation and express my concerns was I offered a “discount” toward the repair. I did not feel that this was a genuine effort to address the issue, but rather a response after I had to repeatedly advocate for myself. I would have expected a dealership where I have been a loyal customer since 2021 to handle a situation like this with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine effort to investigate what happened. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed without meaningful consideration of the available documentation and photos. After purchasing my vehicle from this dealership and trusting the service team for years, this experience was extremely disappointing. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle here for service. And based on this experience, I will not recommend this dealership to my friends, family, or colleagues.

We're sorry to see the low rating. We strive for a five-star experience for our customers and regret if that wasn't the case this time. Please reach out at your earliest convenience to address this and find a resolution. Thank you, Eliana Giraldo - Service Manager - 516-837-5300
SCAMMERS!! ( Bmw 640gt is the vehicle) If I could give a 0 star review I would. This has been probably the worst car buying experience ever came in with my family to check a vehicle out ended up taking 2 hours to see the vehicle, once we decided to take the vehicle we had to wait about another 3 hours to see the finance manager (Isiah)to do paperwork and pay. Next thing you know after speaking over the numbers and fully agreeing on numbers two days after leaving with the signed paperwork we come to find out about 3 grand extra was snuck in under our noses after being reassured that we wouldn’t have scam experience like we have had before at a dealership in the past where we got scammed for about 64 thousand dollars or so by (Msport motor cars/DBA AMG AUTO INC). This was after we told the finance manager (Isaiah) our past situation he still decided to do this under the table without telling us after reassuring us to not have a single worry because “that won’t happen with us”. Another issue with this dealer is their customer service is nearly non existent. We cant even get a hold of someone without needing to call a million times. That wasn’t the only issue the car we bought broke down the next day after only 104 miles and sat outside for two days before they asked us to tow it to them and they would “reimburse us for it” it’s been about 3 weeks since getting the vehicle back and we still haven’t got the reimbursement. It doesn’t stop here after 28 days of waiting for the New York plates turns out they needed us to sign a power of attorney paper which would allow us to get the plates. My tags expire in two days and now I will have to wait another month for the plates to come and can’t even drive the car they also said they’re not allowed to issue another temp tag which is absolutely false and a complete joke. This whole experience has been a nightmare stay away from this dealer and take your business elsewhere this is how they truly treat their customers. We have contacted bmw USA and opend a case with them about our experience and the issue with the plates they were very disappointed to hear this and were not happy. No one is helping us and they just keep pushing us to the side it’s absolutely horrible that they do this to people we aren’t the only ones

Antonio, we're genuinely sorry to read about your experience. This doesn't sound like the level of service we aim to provide, and it's concerning to see these claims. I want to look into this further and ensure that any outstanding issues are resolved quickly. Please reach out directly when you have a moment. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at Paul Miller BMW yesterday, July 1, 2026. I have been a loyal customer, most recently visiting in April 2026 spending 5K, but the lack of transparency and predatory pricing I experienced has ensured I will not be returning. I brought my vehicle in to have a set of rims and tires mounted, which I was initially quoted $295 to complete. After waiting thirty minutes, I was told the work could not be performed due to liability reasons. I then requested that my old theft bolts be replaced with regular ones. Fifteen minutes later, I was informed that three of the bolts were "staggered" and would cost $100 each. Ultimately, I was charged $150 PER BOLT plus tax, along with a 3% credit card surcharge. Given my long history with this dealership, I was shocked by these "sketchy" pricing tactics and the significant increase from the initial expectations set by your service adviser. It is clear that management or pricing policies have changed for the worse. While I chose not to argue at the cashier's desk, please consider this my final visit to Paul Miller BMW. I will be taking my future business elsewhere. Paul Miller BMW (Owner)

We hold ourselves to a high standard of care, so this feedback is very concerning to receive. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss your experience further so we can work toward a resolution. Thank you, Eliana Giraldo - Service Manager - 516-837-5300
Hi Eliana, I called the number you provided, and the voicemail immediately offers discounts on service and parts instead of addressing customer concerns. To me, that sends the message that the focus is more on generating sales than on resolving customer issues. I was hoping to speak with someone who could help resolve my concern, and I would appreciate your attention to that.
This review is for the Paul Miller auto group/BMW Posting it on all their web site for you folks to think twice , review and not to trust these guys. Hopefully they aren’t like Paul Miller BMW with better management that response and answer your calls . We Bought 2018 640GT 72k miles them 0 stars review for them. Scammers, specially finance manager Isaiah. Tagged on $1500 gap insurance without telling us. Extended warranty was supposedly from bmw for $4200 ($117/month) bumper to bumper from BMW. The sad part we trusted these guys specially after getting scammed by another dealer for (64.5k M Sport motor cars/ dba AMG auto inc) and told the finance guy the story. than two days later I reviewed the paper work and found out it was $5800 and not a bmw warranty. Contacted finance manager many times no response. Car broke down next day (104 miles of driving). I guess we got screwed again. People stay away from these guys. Now 29 days later and still no plate. After many attempts to contact dealer salesman contacted me and told me sorry the power of attorney is screwed up and they will over night one for us to sign inorder to resend to nysbmv which means another few weeks to get my plates, the temporary tags from Paul miller will expire in 2 days and they can’t issue me another temp. I pay around $400/month insurance , I won’t be able to use unregistered car , I got no place to store aside from Brooklyn street, hopefully sanitation won’t tow away or get issued daily tickets. I am sure Isaiah/ management intentionally screwed the paper work or never submitted them. A detailed review will follow. And folks we spent over 5 hours at this dealership, we waited 1.5hr to see the car and 3 hours to see the finance scam department. Once again will have an updated fully detailed review. I complained to BMW USA Will also complain to NJ DMV, and attorney general consumer affairs (hopefully they aren’t corrupted like the union county office & the corrupted hill side police department) and definitely complain to all and post the detailed review on all Paul Miller auto group web site

I did call you many times and I couldn’t leave message, contacted your dealer many many times and all I got was run around. Finally got hold of Allen and told him to notify manager and have someone call and no one did. And 29 days later I found out that nysdmv doesnt have my paperwork which means no plates and the temp will expire in 2 days. Found out today that someone (Isiah) most likely intentionally screwed up the paper work and need us to sign another power of attorney in order for u to resubmit the paper work , which means no plates for another 4 weeks. And Allen manager told him u won’t issue another temporary plate which is bs. I am paying $409 insurance and I can use the car, got no place to store it, hopefully sanitation doesn’t take it or get tickets daily. I put a complaint with BMW USA , contacted NJ motor vehicle to complain and will get response by Monday. Will also contact consumer affairs and every agency. And local media. Got paul & his sons email and will be emailing them in full detail what happened. I did leave reviews on all 12 Paul Miller auto group dealership web site. Didn’t want to do that but hopefully if they cared about their business they will get back to me. 12 dealer if only lost 10 customers each that’s equal to 120 customers x$5k profit = $600k. I am sure it will be a lot more. Hopefully they get back to me , since their management and staff will not respond. I will post our experience from a to z in with full details at all 12 Paul Miller dealers and all over other web sites. 0 stars , 2nd worse experience with NJ Dealers. Happy 4th. Had planned to go away tomorrow morning in the car with family and now screwed once again by Paul Miller auto group.
Very POOR customer service AFTER purchasing the vehicle. Two things. Firstly, the amount of time it took to purchase the car. The salesman (Carl) who i believe is also a type of manager was distracted throughout the process with meetings and phone calls which increased the time spent at the dealership exponentially. I am there to buy a car and leave, not wait for your 10 o clock meeting to be done, phone call with wifey etc. So i believe a 2hr transaction wound up being a 5/6 hr transaction. Completely unnecessary. Second issue was with the license plates. I was getting out of state plates and know that it may take a bit longer than usual. No problem, I have a 30 day temp plate. So after about 2 weeks i call to inquire and i am told by the secratary, "dont worry we will call you when they come in". Ok fine. Fast forward 5 days before plates expire. I call again , same thing , we`ll call you etc. 2 days before expiring. I call and explain, hey i dont want to bother but whats going on with plates. This is on a saturday. So I am told title person is not here to day , and they guy who sold me the car is not there but someone one will definitely call you today! I was also told that if i get a ticket they will pay it. Monday comes and still no call , no plates. I call as its the expiration day. I tell the secratary no one has contacted me as promised and that i want to speak to manager or title and registration person about this. Basically, if they dont have the plates at least give me another 30 day temp plate. Let me know what i can do. Instead of allowing me to speak to someone in charge, I am told that "they don`t really take transfers"...What??? This is on May 12. Expiration day. This is what im being told, oh xxxx naww. I got in my car and drove back to the dealership and asked to speak to someone, now in person things were different. The secretary AVA was helpful went "upstairs" and spoke to someone and came downstairs with my plate and registration which was dated May 11th. My question is if it was there May 11th why no phone call??? on the 11th and Why did I have to come in person to make something happen if the plate was there all day? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Just because someone purchased the car doesnt mean the service ends. This is exactly how to go out of business.

If there's anything further we can do to assist you, or if you'd like to discuss this matter in more detail, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you, Tom Bonarrigo - New Car Manager - 973-696-6060
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. Damaged two of my wheels and I was accused of damaging one before bringing it in. Was able to prove zero damage from pre inspection video. Barely responded to me never answered my calls or called me back after leaving voicemails. Only responded via text. Truly felt worthless at this dealer I would tell everyone to go elsewhere for their next BMW.

I'm truly sorry to learn about your disappointing service visit and the lack of communication you experienced. We take claims like these seriously, and it's concerning that you felt unsupported throughout the process. I would appreciate an opportunity to speak with you directly in order to better understand what happened here and see how we can assist moving forward. Please don't hesitate to reach out at your earliest convenience so that together we may work toward a resolution. Thank you, Eliana Giraldo - Service Manager - 516-837-5300
Eliana, you know exactly which customer this is.. 26 M340i. I called you during this ordeal and left a voicemail asking for you to call me. You didn’t call me and instead you had your service advisor, the same one who claimed I damaged my wheel before bringing it in, TEXT me. To suggest for ME to call YOU is kind of senseless. Your service department made me feel like I was a liar suggesting that I damaged the wheel prior to bringing it in. You guys had plenty of opportunities to make things right and with me, but I didn’t even get a call after everything was over. No call to offer as much as an apology for being mistaken about the wheel damage let alone the unnecessarily long stretches of time between answering me or the fact that I had to contact another manager because I called 10 times and left multiple voicemails with no reply. I have the car back and the respray on the wheels is sub-par. The finish is not nearly as glossy as they were new. There are blemishes from dust or debris being on the wheel when they got sprayed. My experience with you guys has just been so bad. I won’t be coming back and everyone can take this review with a grain of salt but I’ve been 100% honest about everything. So unless you want to call me and tell me you have two brand new wheels to exchange for the poor respray job done on the wheels you damaged, I’m not interested in speaking to you about the experience. Writing my honest reviews as is deserved.
**BUYER BEWARE** Bought a BMW expecting a luxury vehicle with original parts, only to later discover it had a non-OEM windshield that was never disclosed. This led to sensor malfunctions, which I had to pay to fix—only to learn it was directly related to the improper windshield installation. This raises serious safety concerns, especially since the car is driven by a new driver. When I contacted the dealership, they were dismissive, rude, and refused to take any responsibility. Communication was just as bad—calls go unanswered and no one follows up. Particularly David Abbe, Alfredo Lisciotto and service department. This dealership, Paul Miller of Wayne is not trustworthy and honest. Please stay away!! I wish I read the reviews before I purchase my BMW. WOW so many unhappy customer's that were scammed as well.

If you truly intended to fix this, Thomas would be calling me directly and telling me to bring my car in for proper windshield replacement at Paul Miller BMW. I have already made multiple attempts to resolve this and haven't gotten anywhere. You have my information.
I dropped off my car Friday morning at 9:15am. I called today, Saturday at 12:50pm. My car has not been serviced or have I received a call with an update. When you attempt to call in to speak to the service dept, the phone will go unanswered and calls not returned. When I had my car serviced in BMW South Miami, they were much more organized. I offered to pick up my car on Friday afternoon and dropped off again Monday morning since it would not be worked on till then. The Service Advisor said that would restart the appt process. Basically it takes this center on average 3 days to check your car before a quote can be provided.
