Dear Mr. Luis Pabon, I brought in my car for service on October 22nd with a loaner. Service has always been a wonderful experience except this last visit.... Never in my life that I’ve own a BMW since 1989, I had to give a deposit of 250.00 for a loaner while my car is being serviced. I had returned the loaner on Oct 26th and to this day Nov. 8th my deposit is still pending on my mastercard. Per My bank (Citibank) the agent says they cannot do anything to release the credit bec it has to come through from the Merchant’s bank to release or CANCEL THE HOLD!!!!!! I spoke to the Manager of Loaners, he says they do not do call or process the cancellation.....their policy is to ping my bank. I do not understand how difficult it would be to reverse the charge on your credit card machine which will then release the pre-authorization within 2-3 days. Obviously your process of pinging my bank is not efficient. my bank does not see a reverse or release hold from the merchants bank. Now I am stuck with 250.00 less on my credit card availability until November 22nd. Bec of this inconvenience and frustration that I am going through, I will no longer bring my car to your dealership for service or get a 2nd car for lease. I will write a letter to BMW corporate of the poor service that I have encountered with your dealership. I’ve dealt in the past with Ramsey BMW, White Plains BMW, Greenwich BMW and they do not ask their customers for a deposit to get a loaner while there car is in service.
Ty everyone. The entire staff made everything about scheduling, easy and convenient. The ladies Diana and the cashier (I forget her name), are amazing.... I hope they get the recognition they deserve. And the rest of the service guys, from taking my car, to delivering the loaner and putting me back in my vehicle- everything was smooth and easy and I was treated so well! Thank you for the kindness, as I have not been treated so great at a dealership or service department anywhere else, including a Cadillac dealer. Thanks!!!

I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience I had at BMW Paul Miller auto service on October 9, 2019. I have been a loyal customer... for long time and feel that incomplete service was done on my 2007 BMW X5 at that time. On May 2019, I brought my car with oil leakage problem and was informed that the problem can be fixed but will take long labor hours as it is engine work providing me with repair quote of about $4,000. I agreed. On June 14, I went to the dealer to pick the car and was informed that the problem was resolved and no more oil leakage. However, in the week since I have returned home with my car, I have noticed that the oil level is still dropping fast and the muffler has a lot of smoke. On Sep. 17, 2019, I brought the car again to them and it took them long time again to inform me that the car has more internal oil leakage and provide me with a new repair quote of about $8000 then discounted to about $4000. I had requested to contact the supervisor to try to resolve that matter and informed him clearly that this problem is same why I brought the car and not fixed yet. However, I was informed that they are not responsible for this problem and they can't consider it part of their repair and I still need to be charged to fix the oil leakage. It had been my understanding that the original repair quote of about $4000 price applied to all the oil leakage in the car, and I had filed complaint to the State Attorney General. I don't recommend any one to deal with that place.
This is the first time purchasing a BMW at Paul Miller. Very Happy, very impress with the service, treatment and words cannot express my happiness to... have purchased the car at Paul Miller. I will certainly recommend Paul Miller.
Schedule the appointment online. They expected my arrival and promptly prepared the paperwork to complete the service. During the scheduled oil change... service, they also replaced the interior air filter and wiper blades as recommended by the manufacturer. I was very please the service, courtesy of the staff and the timeliness of the service.
