The salesman was good service after the sale sucked told me I had to buy a warranty talk to the financial company they said I didn't have to buy the warranty... and still trying to get my money back he keeps saying they will return it that has it happen ben over three months very poor service after Sale

We recently purchased a used 2013 GMC Yukon XL. When I arrived the car was presented beautifully. It looked better than the photos. It was pouring down... rain when I arrived and the car was inside the service area clean as a pin for my inspection. The process went flawless. After we got home with the car, we had some issues as to whether it really filled our needs. We discussed this with the dealership and they were excellent to work with. We kept the car and have been very happy with our purchase.

I am a tough buyer and keep my vehicles for several years. When it's time to buy, the dealership must play by my rules or I leave the lot. I research the... vehicle I intend to purchase thoroughly and find identical vehicles from multiple dealerships. When the buying process started, I made appointments with reputable dealerships in Indy, Dayton, and Cincinnati. Before I headed out for my Dayton appointment, I stopped in at Wetzel Honda without an appointment. I was up front with them and said give me your best deal including a trade-in; one shot, no negotiating and that I would still shop other dealers with the same rules. They gave me a respectable offer and I said that I would come back later and let them know either way. I then drove to Dayton, OH for my appointment and gave them the same ground rules (I did not provide them my quote from Wetzel). Their offer was around $500 more for their car. The salesperson asked if I would share the offer from Wetzel; at this point it did not matter, so, I shared the offer. As I was leaving, the manager came back with a counter offer with some dealer perks. I thanked them for the offer and left the dealership. I returned to Wetzel later on that afternoon, completed the deal, and left with a new 2014 Honda Civic. They did not have to honor the proposed deal since nothing was signed, but, I left as a satisfied customer and have no reservations about recommending them to potential buyers.
