We had a great experience and would highly recommend working with him to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a vehicle. I had a multiple bad experiances there. I tried to call the shop manager multiple times and she was never available to speak. I emailed her and got no response. After getting no response i tnen emailed VP Mr. Greenwood. Neither of them took a moment to email back to acknowledge my problems. They obviously couldn't care less about their customers. I was foolish to give them a second chance. Below is a copy of the email i sent: " Dear Tanya Jeske; On my invoice it says to contact you via phone if we can not rate you 9 or 10 on the customer survey. I tried to call a few times but you were unavailable the times I called. I had one previous interaction at Griffin when i had body work done after someone hit my Jeep Renegade. My experience went very poorly between people not calling me back to being overcharged for the rental car. I spoke with their manager and they seemed genuinely upset and assured me that the interaction is not typical for Griffin. Last week my oil change notification came on. I decided to give Griffin another chance and called to schedule an oil change. i was told that you do not schedule those and to just come in as it is done on a first come first serve basis. I arrived about quarter after 3 yesterday. After discussing the services, I asked how long it would take and was told 1/2 an hour to maybe 45 min. It took closer to an hour and 15 min. I walk upto my Jeep,and it is still dripping wet from the car wash (I'm guessing you dont have dryers). After I leave i notice that both the low washer fluid and the oil change notifications are still on. I would assume you top off fluids during an oil change, but i guess not. When i get home i open the hood to add more washer fluid and discover the shield from the top of my battery is removed and just sitting on top of the engine. That could have easily slid down into a fan or onto the ground. At this point I am left to wonder if my oil was even actually changed. I used my package with the Jeep Wave program that pays for my maintenance and oil changes, but just because i am not the one paying for them does not mean I should receive such poor service. Because of all this i will not be rating my oil change 9 or 10. To be honest i am not sure i will be returning to Griffin in general. That aside, I wish you the best of luck in your business and hope other customers have better experiences than I have." My advice is to go elsewhere for any services or purchasing a vehicle.

I came into Griffin Hub skeptical about purchasing a used vehicle and left beyond satisfied with the experience. The entire staff was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. We drove off with our purchase knowing that we bought a quality vehicle, for a great price. Lizzy Vazquez was a joy to work with! I would definitely recommend working with her when looking for your next vehicle purchase.
