Worse nightmare, damaged and theft title, didn’t know

Worse nightmare, damaged and theft title, didn’t know till progressive insurance told me three months later, never seen the title since I financed, wouldn’t let me use my pre approve from a outside bank at a lower rate… got the vehicle delivered at 8pm and was refused a test drive, said the deal was already approved, and the latch wouldn’t close immediately and sale persons left me with the car still….. all four tires were different and didn’t match and only one car key…promised new rubber mats and got used carpets… they sent one check for $285 for my problems…

Hello, I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase. Our sales staff did drive the vehicle over 10 hours round trip to you to deliver the vehicle so you could take at home delivery. The vehicle was still under factory warranty which is why we advised you take it to Mazda to get repaired at no charge. The tailgate worked the day before, and unfortunately that was unforeseen and was too far from us to repair it at that point, but the repair cost you nothing. The title was a clean title and the carfax was available prior to purchase. We sent the $285 for a second key. We ordered rubber mats to be delivered to you, I will look into why carpeted mats were delivered. Lastly, we did not refuse your outside financing, your bank did not approve the amount needed therefore we got you the financing you needed to purchase the vehicle. Again, we did our best to accommodate you through your purchase and I apologize if you feel we missed the mark. Matt will be in contact with you in regards to the floor mats.

I was supposed to have a sales man tell me about the features about the vehicle and how to operate the new features of the car and I wasn't I figured it out on my own I will come in tomorrow and talk to a sales manager about other issues

This was a great experience.

This was a great experience. Our previous vehicle blew uo and Alex made the best out of our bad situation and got us into a great new vehicle for a great value. Thanks for working with us. We will be back and refer our friends.
