Pearson Honda has a friendly atmosphere no matter which employee you encounter. We actually enjoyed the financial meeting with Mike! Our salesman was patient and informative even though he was new! And…I love my HRV! It has an ease of handling that makes it fun to drive! Plus there are so many safety features that I feel protected. In my seventies and 5’2” all of this made me feel appreciated as a customer!

Worked with Chris on purchasing the new Honda Passport
Worked with Chris on purchasing the new Honda Passport Trailsport - Chris was not the typical sales person. He came out, greeted us and left us to roam the lot. When ready, we came back to speak with him and test drove the car - no high pressure sales approach or shady sales tactics. Chris is great to work with through the whole process. Definitely ask for Chris when purchasing a car from Pearson Honda!

Very unprofessional They make promises and then the lies
Very unprofessional They make promises and then the lies begin. Just bought a 50k new car and they can't even find both keys. Will not be trusting them with any service, or buy from them again.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership.
I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I spent $4000 with them. I had to bring it back three times. It took them three attempts to do my brakes right. It's not rocket science it's brakes. When I told them that I wanted some money back for my inconvenience. I was told if I got a refund, I needed to go to another dealership going forward. What happend to standing behind your work. What a joke!!!! Which is fine with me. You can't get brakes right in two tries your work is not that good anyway. The last trip my Oakley, sunglasses disappeared out of my car. They got butt hurt when I asked them to price match another dealership afted galking to the serice manager this is why I was asked to find a new dealership. A lot of people that work are rude. Their communication is horrible.
