I especially want to give a big shoutout to Sylvia?her customer service is exceptional, and the genuine joy she brings to her role is a breath of fresh air in what can often be a frustrating experience. Whenever I need to bring my car in, I never dread it, because I know Sylvia will be there with a warm smile, ready to help. The facility itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, and it?s clear the staff enjoy working there and take pride in helping customers. I highly recommend this location to anyone dealing with car trouble?and I especially recommend asking for Sylvia.

If I could give this a 0 star I would.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Customer service was so slow to get back, they never followed up. They were hard to find. It was the most inconvenient time I?ve ever had. This made me not want to ever deal with Mercedes again. I had an AWFUL time.
