BEST SERVICE ADVISOR

I have been going to Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills to service my Smart car. Michael is the best of all the service advisors I came across. The others are rude and unfriendly. I have my service and tires done in Nov 6 20, I have have a very bad experience with Barbara Hamilt, my rims are covered with wax after my tires changed, unable to remove and I have to drive back for have 4 tires to pump the air for is red light is on. When I was there, no one care. I asked an African American gentleman for help and was told that wasn’t his job. He told me he is an service advisor and was told to come tomorrow. Left messages from Barbara with no return call!!!! Michael has a great altitude. 👍 up for his good job.

Outstanding service!

My car was in desperate need of service, which meant $$$, however, my recommendations were soft and not at all pushy. I was given clear, comprehensive report of what I needed now and what could wait. The service experience was a pleasure compared to other places I’ve used and the work done was exceptional. Mark Oliver was great, as well as the mechanic, Derek! Kudos!

Long Waits to Get Your Car at the End

It was all going pretty well until it took 45 minutes for them to deliver my car to me after I had paid. There wasn’t any explanation; I just sat there like a fool waiting until they finally brought my car. They had some lame excuse about another car blocking my car in the car wash and they had lost the keys to that other car. Luke warm apology. If you come here, be prepared to wait a long time after you pay for them to finally deliver your car to you as it seems that everyone had to wait a long time.

Excellent service

Service assistant Zach was very thorough and very patient with our questions. Based on the people working there, I felt from the moment we came that we would get excellent treatment and good service. I was not disappointed.

Not all good.

While some aspects of this dealership / service center are great, others are not. These are the reasons for only 3 stars: 1. It is virtually impossible to connect to a real human in the service center via phone. All communications must be done through their website and via email and automated text messages. 2. I spent $3000 on a standard service. When the service was done, no one called. I inferred the car was ready for pickup because I was sent an automated request for payment. 3. The service is supposed to come with a complimentary car wash. When I picked up the car it hadn’t been washed and when I pointed this out to the car porter he was glib and said the car was too hard to wash. 4. They had misplaced my key and I waited about 40 minutes while they searched for it. No one gave me an explanation while this was happening or checked in with me at all.

Lauren, Stephanie, Kameron and Frank rock!

Customer service was absolutely amazing. The process of getting brand new lease was the smoothest experience I have ever had. Lauren, and Stephanie took care of the upfront pricing, they are both a breeze to work with. Ladies were super sweet, and informative. Kameron handled the financing and paperwork, I was in and out in under an hour. Frank helped put together the entire process and left me in the best of hands. Couldn’t have asked for more.
