One of the best MB service centers I’ve been to
Came here last minute at the end of day to see if I could get the A service done and I was lucky enough to have Desmond helping me. He got me setup and out of there really fast which I loved. I did get to talk to him a bit and he is a super cool guy I will be going to him again when I return for anything else. The place is really clean and the couple of other people I saw there were nice and asking me if I had already been helped or needed anything. After dealing with the Dallas Tx location I was hesitant to walk into the BH location but I’m really glad I did. It was a super smooth transaction and would definitely go there again.

Excellent customer service
We purchased our 2017 GLE 43 coupe from Steve, it was exactly what we were looking for, the perfect color combination and options. Steve was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, he explained everything, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the Suv. The internet sales person named Corry is rude and has no manners at all! He does not return calls as promised and is not polite. What a horrible representation for Mercedes Benz!

beware of this dealership!
This dealership sold us a car that had broken struts, control arm and panel damage that must have come from an accident that they did not declare! They knew the car was not safe to drive but they still sold it to us. they are no different from those small dealership scammers! so disappointed. we tried to give them a chance a make it right but their rude used car manager named bobak ignored all our emails and calls! dont buy from this dealership but if you do, make sure you test drive and have a machanic test the car!
