Great Service.

Each time i bring my 2011 Chevy Silverado to Chevy 112 in Medford, customer service always meets my expectations. The service department does a great job making me feel comfortable leaving my truck in their hands as well as doing what is necessary to keep the truck running new. The mechanics do a great job keeping the vehicle clean and fixing any problems promptly. Service department never pushes more than what is needed to service your vehicle. However, there are a few things that i would like explained more in regards to my warranty on my truck. I have two small things that i would like addressed due to the manufacturers fault. Having the warranty policies explained when asked would be very helpful on my visits to make sure the truck i purchased continues to look and run new !

I liked the fact that Mary was very knowledgeable and understood my problem. She was very helpful and I couldn't have asked for much more.

great service, friendly staff

mary the service advisor,took ar that my car was repaired in a great time .my wife loves that she got her xm radio back. your service people are always courteous and friendly.

Purchased a 2015 Suburban LT

Steve, salesman, communicated with me effectively. He returned all my calls and answered my questions. Donna, from finance, was amazing. She took the time to explain everything to my wife and I. Christine or Christina (I am not sure which is her name) from finance would benefit from additional professional development when dealing with customers with difficult or challenging questions.

Very Trustworthy

I purchased my car on a recommendation by my physician and now I have 2 people I hold in high regard. Nesenger 112 treated me with respect and honesty. I will refer them to all my friends and family. Thank You so much. We need more businesses like them today.

Great Service

From the desk receptionest ,to the service writer ,to the mechanic who actually serviced my vehicle,everyone was curtious,informative and fun. I'm 65 years old and have owned numerous new vehicles, but this was the best time i ever spent at a Dealer. Thanks...............SEH

Great Service

Roy Miranda was very professional from the minute i sat down. He explained everything to me step by step and made my experience comforting. Great service staff!

I like the fact that I was taking right away. Mary explained the situation with my tire and was even nice enough to bring me into where the mechanic was to show me what the problem was. I was in and out of the service department in an hour which is phenomenal. Within that time they also did an oil change. Very pleased with the service staff at Medford 112 Hyundai.
