I will need the money I paid for the extended warranty I

I will need the money I paid for the extended warranty I cancelled back immediately you never activated the warranty per the corporate offices. I will come for my money tomorrow because the coverage is sub par to say the least, it covers Jessica plante's aknoon cocaine habit someone else will pay. Not me.

Your next car dealer!

I was in search of a vehicle and saw one that caught my eye at Nissan of Norwich. When I stopped in to inquire I was expecting the "usual' car dealer pressured approach, and was extremely surprised and pleased that was not the case. I was approached by Chad Tindal, who was informative and answered all my questions with no high-sales pressure. When I came back with my wife to look at the car I was considering, she also found a car she liked, and this great dealership made 2 sales! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Bought my vehicle 2 years ago from them and everything...

Bought my vehicle 2 years ago from them and everything was great. Up until I received letters and emails that they want my vehicle back knowing that I would still be upside down in it. They offered me $18,000 when I still owe 21,000 on it. They expected me to have a down payment of $3000 or more for another vehicle especially when everything is just returning back to somewhat normal. I was told they could use the incentives for the down payment and could bury the negative equity into the newer vehicle. To top it off we never heard anything back even a courtesy call saying that we would need money down.At least a courtesy call would have been nice. They are in desperate need of used cars needless to say a 2019 with only 36,000 on it especially during covid. Offered me the money knowing that I would not be able to come up with a down payment rather large amount . That's not how you conduct business especially if you want someone to return. Needless to say I make all my payments ontime. Not pleased at all. Will return for service on the vehicle but will shop somewhere else for my next vehicle

Worst ever car buying experience, ordered a sentra full...

Worst ever car buying experience, ordered a sentra full package. Received a car with pen mark on leather interior door. Attempted to clean the pen mark instead they made it worst and told me they would replace leather. After paying premium for car expected better, would not replace car. Worst dealership I have been to an in my 30 years in the military that is saying a lot.

Another lease!

My experience at Nissan of Norwich has always been marked by excellent service from all the staff, both sales and service. Josue has been consistently professional and helpful in all my transactions there. He is even patient while I try to figure out the functions of all the buttons in the SUV. (However, I still suspect I may be able to warm up my lunch in the glove box.) Thanks to Bob for excellence in management and customer service.

I had an amazing first experience at this dealership. Joe Arpin, Bob El Khoury, and David McLaughlin made my experience one to remember. From the moment I walked into the door, I was warmly greeted by Joe. He was very helpful, personable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Bob went above and beyond with ensuring I was able to walk out of the dealership with a vehicle and just when I though things could not get any better Finance Manager David made my experience even better. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience at this dealership and I would definitely recommend anyone to take a stop at this dealership when looking for a new car. Amazing Dealership!!!

Nissan of Norwich was the Finest experience that i have ever had at a car dealership....The staff are extremely respectful and courteous...Tony A was our salesman and went over and above the limit to make sure we bought the car of our dreams..Bob the sales manager treated us like family..I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!

Best place to buy a car

Service

Really bad experience, always changes the price for oil change. Nissan 2014 basic oil change $40.74 Usually this service almost everywhere cost around $19.99 to $25 the more expensive. Over, over price they don’t even clean the car , almost all dealers include this service !!!
