Really bad experience, always changes the price for oil change. Nissan 2014 basic oil change $40.74 Usually this service almost everywhere cost around... $19.99 to $25 the more expensive. Over, over price they don’t even clean the car , almost all dealers include this service !!!
Amazing customer service here! On and out with the car I wanted. Ashley is the best and helped every step of the way! Came back to have cross bars added... and didn't have to worry about a thing. Ashley even stepped in to check on me and kept track of the car so I knew right when it was done!! So quiet and comfortable on the customer lobby, I was even able to get some work done!! I will now be a forever customer! Keep up the great work!!
I took my car in for an engine light on they said it needed a 02 sensor a few days went by and didn’t get a call so I been calling them for 3 days first... two days went by no calls returned to me the 3 day I called and finally I complained about them no returning my call so they transferred me to the service manager. I will never return back there again for any problems I have in the future

i bought a used car from the dealership in March 2017 and just went back and bought a brand new car the end of February 2018. i would never go anywhere... else at this point. Paul, Bob and Sean have never been anything but professional and attentive to my needs (payment amount) and Sean (my salesperson) has always been awesome, last time and this time . Thanks guys for another awesome experience!!

After 10 minutes on lot nobody came to me. Then a tall gentleman, Brian came and was very rude when i told him i have been waiting. He was very rude to... me and my wife so i left. You shouldnt have people work for you that dont know how to do their job. Disgusting expierence. Went down the road and bought a used car from a different dealership with better service. Will never be back and ill tell all my friends never to come back

Had scheduled an appointment for a test drive on a vehicle that they had sold wasn't aggravated at that I was because they never contacted me to inform... me to cancel the test drive due to being sold. Drove out from Rhode island an hour and a half drive. Yet they couldn't inform me even though that is part of the job. I know now when I get a car down the line, I wont be buying from this dealership!

I'm a first time car buyer and was getting very upset with my experience in buying a car. Most all the dealerships were acting like I was a nuisance, not... a guest. If I asked for something they sighed and made a face. I was getting highly upset and was about to just not buy a car at all. That's when I was driving by Nissan of Norwich and decided to try one more dealership. I was not really a Nissan guy and had always owned Jeeps before this, but what does it hurt to step out of your comfort zone and try something new? I was greeted by Richard Parker who ended up being my sales associate I worked with through the entire process. I came in just as they were closing without realizing it. But he still wanted to take the time to help me out and test drive not one but two SUVs - Nissan Rouges. After test driving the 2014 Nissan Rouge, I fell in love! No more Jeep for me. I came back two days later and worked again with Richard and Eric in the finance office. The banks originaly did not approve me for the Black Rouge I wanted, but Eric called them up and used the dealerships great track record and good relationship with the bank to advocate on my behalf. It was AMAZING the magic this guy has. He actually got me Approved!! I drove away in the car I wanted! These folks at Nissan of Norwich are truly professionals and know exactly what they are doing, and they do it with Style. I can't explain how happy I am that I am in that vehicle. Unlike the other dealerships, they actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to match me with a vehicle that completely fit my needs and my budget. They were respectful of my time and what I could bring to the table and really put the effort in to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle. They actually have a used 2012 Plum Nissan Rouge, that was my second choice it's a really nice vehicle. It won't be there for long though, I'm sure it will sell fast lol. But Go check it out, go check them out, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed at all.
