I would never recommend the Nissan of Norwich

I took my car in for an engine light on they said it needed a 02 sensor a few days went by and didn’t get a call so I been calling them for 3 days first two days went by no calls returned to me the 3 day I called and finally I complained about them no returning my call so they transferred me to the service manager. I will never return back there again for any problems I have in the future

Favorite Dealership

Amazing customer service here! On and out with the car I wanted. Ashley is the best and helped every step of the way! Came back to have cross bars added and didn't have to worry about a thing. Ashley even stepped in to check on me and kept track of the car so I knew right when it was done!! So quiet and comfortable on the customer lobby, I was even able to get some work done!! I will now be a forever customer! Keep up the great work!!

Excellent all the way around

i bought a used car from the dealership in March 2017 and just went back and bought a brand new car the end of February 2018. i would never go anywhere else at this point. Paul, Bob and Sean have never been anything but professional and attentive to my needs (payment amount) and Sean (my salesperson) has always been awesome, last time and this time . Thanks guys for another awesome experience!!

This was my best, most comfortable, and painless experience yet at any dealership! Open to ideas and our needs, forthcoming about the process and what they can do, respectful to me as a person and as a knowledable buyer, cheerful staff, no pressure atmosphere, and never got that creepy, slick used car salesman approach. Ted was amazing- very kind, patient, likeable, genuine, and really took the time to stay late and really go over every detail of the car and process with me. I absolutely love the car, and have nothing but great things to say about Ted and this particular dealership.

Will never be back

After 10 minutes on lot nobody came to me. Then a tall gentleman, Brian came and was very rude when i told him i have been waiting. He was very rude to me and my wife so i left. You shouldnt have people work for you that dont know how to do their job. Disgusting expierence. Went down the road and bought a used car from a different dealership with better service. Will never be back and ill tell all my friends never to come back

You call this a sales team?

Had scheduled an appointment for a test drive on a vehicle that they had sold wasn't aggravated at that I was because they never contacted me to inform me to cancel the test drive due to being sold. Drove out from Rhode island an hour and a half drive. Yet they couldn't inform me even though that is part of the job. I know now when I get a car down the line, I wont be buying from this dealership!

Rick Novak was Fantastic - took us thru everything.

Nissan of Norwich is very customer service oriented. This is my 3rd Rogue. I knew around what I was willing to pay for the new car. They were very willing to work with me. Their service area is excellent. At the end of it - I felt like I got a fair price for a good car. And I didn't have to spend all day there....!!!!
