Caveat emptor (Buyer Beware)

Be VERY careful- `the livery? sold a car with a known transmission issue. After I purchased I went to the dealer to get the service records. He told me `the livery? had brought the car in for service on the transmission. The dealer told them that it needed a new transmission. The work was declined. I go to the owner of the `the livery? and inform him of the situation with the transmission. He stated that it was `just their opinion? on the transmission. He felt it was fine. He then goes on to tell me how I got such a great deal on the car and that he saved me $30,000 over a new car. I asked him to take the car back as a measure of `good customer service?. His response ?why would I do that?. He went on the say how much business it took to keep the `dealership? open. I will say that he did provide an extended warranty. But it still cost me $1200 to get the transmission replaced. So heed my warning and learn from my mistake. BUYER BEWARE Not able to give zero star? That is the REAL rating?

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your purchase and would have liked the opportunity to help make the situation right. I will have to find out what happened with your vehicle or what vehicle this is in reference to but unfortunately I was not made aware of any repairs made to your car. We always do our best to provide excellent service after the sale including repairs to vehicles after purchase here in our service department. Unfortunately problems do arise with all vehicles, but I am only able to help correct those problems when the vehicle is brought back to us to inspect/repair. In the future don't hesitate to reach out to me personally (Jason) and get the car to me so I can get the problem handled, especially an easy issue like a warranty claim. Excellent buying experience

I looked all over the country and found the car I was looking for on the Auto Livery's website. Jason picked me up from my hotel and had the car ready when I arrived. The car buying experience was excellent and the car was exactly as presented on the website.

Best buying experience I've ever had!

Purchased a nice used pickup truck from Jason and his team at The Auto Livery and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. The vehicle was spotlessly clean when I picked it up and ready for delivery. I had a minor issue crop up a month after I bought my truck (turned out a complete non-issue that I had caused) but he still didn't hesitate to help me out with it even though the transaction was completed. Buy from these guys with confidence!

Great place to shop for a used vehicle

The Auto Livery has great selection of clean used cars. They seem to be very selective of the type of vehicles they put up for sale. Buying process was simple and hassle free. I will go back when I am in the market for another quality used car.
