Do not trust quoted price. Unreliable. Every bad thing you ever heard about a dealership is true here.

Have had to take my car in twice for the same issue and they still don’t know what is wrong. Morgan the service advisor does not keep you informed about your car and was rude when discussing this with her. Once this issue is fixed we will drive further for routine maintenance or any further issues. I recommend staying away from this dealership as costumer service is not important to them at all.

Don’t waste your time here.

I’m not one to write reviews but if I could give them a true star rating it would be a -9.5 out of 10. That’s right, they went negative on the scale. We’ve never received such an awful and disrespectful treatment like the one we received at this place last Saturday. We pulled in and the first thing we saw was the sales personnel sitting on a table outside shooting the breeze or on their phones, a sight that already made us feel reluctant to go inside. A guy by the name of Tony quickly approached us before we stepped inside and I told him I was looking for Jeanne since I had been in contact with her about test driving a new Elantra N, to which he replied that she wasn’t a salesperson and that he, in fact, was a “real” salesperson. We then went inside the showroom where he started giving me a runaround about getting me to leave in the car the same day, totally disregarding that I had gone to test drive it since I am interested. As most of you know, buying a new vehicle has a significant financial impact and test driving the vehicle to see if it meets or exceeds your expectations can be the deciding factor in moving forward with a deal. After a very short interaction, Tony went to a back office to talk to someone and came out saying that if I wanted to take the car that same day I would be paying $52,000! I tried my hardest not to burst out laughing, since he just came out with a price almost $20,000 over MSRP for a white Hyundai, infamously known for their peeling paint, because “it was the only one”. I’ve never heard about having to buy a car to then test drive it, which just proves he wasn’t interested in my concerns. After obviously not taking that salesperson seriously, he brought out Brian Gore who apparently is the financial director. We sat down and started talking about another manufacturer brand I was considering. Brian said that I’d “have more money to spend on girls and nice restaurants, etc…” in front of my partner. Absolutely inappropriate, disrespectful and immature comments from an absolutely pathetic person to serious potential buyers who are almost in their 30s. He thanked us for our interest and stepped out. Me and my partner couldn’t help but laugh our way out of this place. After reading some reviews, I’m surprised this dealership hasn’t lost their partnership with the Hyundai brand. Don’t waste your time or gas with these people like I did, there are way better dealerships elsewhere in Central Florida.

This dealership likes to screw a customer over at every step of the way. We purchased a new Hyundai Elantra Limited 2020 with only 2000 miles on it. Car was great at first, however nearly a week later the forward collision sensor said it was "obstructed". I even took a picture of my dashboard that was lit up like a Christmas tree. Just recently it did it again and my car completely freaked out this time, the car braked hard like 70 to 30 MPH with no car in front of me. So I grabbed my OB2 diagnostic sensor (that is like 300 bucks) to see if it threw a code, and nothing. I continued driving around with it and again there is no code. This week my blind spot detection system doesn't turn on anymore I have to hit the button three or four times to get it to work, and same goes for the lane departure warning. Will NOT be doing any sort of business with this company ever again. Not to mention they charged like 6000 over MSRP when the car was actually cheaper in Orlando.

Sent me a letter saying they would pay 4500 over book value of car. Big Lie. They offered me 300 less then my book value. They offered me 16500.00 Wasted my valuable time and didn't seem to give two hoots. After purchasing 3 vehicle's with them over the years, I will never do business with them again.

The Sonata has been a good car. Service Department at Cocoa Hyundai is a rip off. Courtney has been our advisor for years. Every time we bring in my vehicle for the "free oil change". We always walk out spending $1000++ and the vehicle comes out with other issues. The Bluetooth needed to be exchanged and when I got my car back the sunroof was broke. When I told her about it she said I would have to pay for a "diagnostic", which is $68. NO it was working when I bought it in. Now dropped off my car for an oil change and look at my AC because it would take a couple mile before it starts cooling after a month of them having my car. They did not get the hose in for replacement. I needed my car. The AC only blew out hot air, it's 95 degrees outside and I have hot air blowing at me. It starts to rain. I roll up my windows and immediately my windows fog up because of the heat in the car and my defrost does not work. I unroll my windows so I can see the road, hoping they will unfog. The inside of my car gets soaked and I end up on the side of the road. I call Courtney, she tells me, "probably because it's been sitting out in the parking lot for a month". After the rain stops I continue to drive and my tire is almost totally flat, well they did a tire rotation. Don't they check tires prior to rotating? I put air in my tire go home and wake up in the morning with a flat tire. I return to Hyundai for them to put freon in my AC, that they removed and let me drive off in almost 100 degree weather. I mentioned my tire that was fine before I dropped it off. My "advisor" wanted to act like they are gonna charge me a diagnostic fee. No no. We were already changed$480 for an oil change, tire rotation, a bulb and a bunch of misery, time and headache I will not return to this dealership. I do love the Genesis. I'm not getting it from Cocoa Hyundai.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

Went here to buyout my leased vehicle. Since the base buyout amount was on the initial contract, one would think this would be easy. Nope! Sat down with sale manager and he began to quote me a higher base buyout amount. When asked where he got that number, he had no answer and basically said “because he could” Apparently no one has taught this man anything about contracts. Since the base number was already agreed upon in the initial lease contract this was obviously a scam. Would hate to know how many elderly or novice car buyers this place has knowing committed fraud with and ripped off. Turned into the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a consumer complaint with the state.
