I recently visited the Cocoa Hyundai dealership with the intentions of buying a replacement car. As soon as I exited my vehicle I was immediately approached by one of the sales representatives with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. My sales representative, Johnny, was extremely helpful and knowledgably about the vehicles on the lot. Without feeling ridicule, I explained exactly what I was looking for in a car and my limitations as far as my budget. Johnny tried his best to get me into a car that fitted my budget and my family needs. He carefully explained the car buying process to me in great details and made sure that all my questions were answered. The finance representative, Ali, was also helpful and extremely knowledgably about how to finance a vehicle. Ali was realistic with me and very honest about my options. I was never made to feel that I was wasting their time and they made me feel as if they truly valued my business even though I had nothing to put down on a car. With great effort Ali was able to get me approved for the car that I wanted and I was able to drive off of the lot the same day. My experience with Cocoa Hyundai did not stop there, two days later I received a phone call from Ali stating that he did not like my finance rate and he was able to negotiate me a better deal with a different bank. Because of his hard work he was able to lower my monthly payments, interest rate, and have a big sum knocked off of the entire car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I was very happy with the car buying process from the moment I stepped on the car lot to the moment I signed the paperwork. The entire staff was very friendly and welcomed me with open arms.

Everyone there was very helpful, I worked with two different salesman and a sales manager, they were all professional, very helpful and not at all pushy. i wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, but they helped me find the perfect car. They will make sure you leave the dealership happy.
