I found a car on their website, and unfortunately it was not available. Lynda helped me locate a similar model. Very nice and friendly. The financing was a bit bumpy, the first Associate I work with could have done a much better job explaining the Add-On costs, I was surprised by the final number. Worked with Bob in finance and he was able to iron out the details. Apparently, I purchased on a Very busy weekend. Suggestions for improvement: Check list of some sort to ensure customer has received all follow -up
